I love that I can get a full workout in 30 minutes, the routine changes everyday so it doesn't get boring, I dont have to think about what I need to do or how long I should do it. The staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging especially Jenna! Give that girl a raise!

I love that I can burn a few hundred calories in 30 minutes and enthusiastic trainers demonstrate each station so as a new member that makes me feel more confident that I'm doing it correctly. I joined about a month ago and I'm down about 15lbs so far!

This place is a game changer for me. I love the accountability, the trainers, their commitment to helping me get the most out of my workouts. Jenna is amazing. She has really pushed me out of my comfort zone. I couldn't even hold a 30 sec plank when I started. I feel good, look good, and I'm glad I made this investment in myself.

The trainers are friendly and knowledgable and make it a fun time.
The workouts are great and the daily variety is challenging. I like being able to get in and out in 45 minutes on my own schedule. The heart monitor app and real time readout on calories and heart rate are great.

9rounds at Marsh Road is easily the best workout I’ve ever had! The trainers are super friendly and do an excellent job of motivating you during the workout. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for something to liven up their workout routine.

9Round on Marsh Rd is my happy place! Their trainers are engaged and energetic, they take their cleaning protocols seriously, it feels like a community and I crave the workout!
