Such as quick service, clean aisles, product availability Bring back photo techs, beauty advisors, and managers who hands aren’t tied so they can operate freely to give the customer what they need and expect

This store is really hygienic and the customer service is extremely nice as well! Upon entrance, the employees greet you and help you with anything you need at all times. Keep up the good work!

Staff in pharmacy are as efficient and pleasant as they can be, particularly---even though the pharmacy is seemingly understaffed. Pharmacists Tanzer and Pratt are to be commended specifically.

Wow. Best Walgreens ever

I love Walgreens. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 4 stars and not 5 because I had a prescription mix up one time that took a lot of back and fourth to fix the mistake.

Way better than the other Walgreens I've been to. Pharmacy staff is awesome. I mean the people who actually handle, fill, and ring up prescriptions. There's a manager who could improve his people skills (I've never seen do any of the technical work other than hovering over pharmacy staff shoulders, so I don't know his actual function) but everyone else is great. It's busy often, but even then they are friendly, professional, and willing to hear your concerns.

Chronically understaffed pharmacy results in ridiculous wait times. I sat at the drive-up window for 10 minutes. Twice they told me they would be with me soon. But they kept waiting on customers in the store. I gave up. I'd have them delivered but it takes 5 days. What the heck? Switching pharmacies. This is absurd.

Friendly staff, but pharmacy lines and waiting time is ridiculous.
