Rite Aid

The Marsh Rd. Rite Aid Pharmacy is the best in this area. I have found the cheapest co-pays for prescriptions. Also the staff and the Pharmacist on daytime (the Pharmacy Manager), is the most helpful Pharmacist I have every encountered. All of the staff in this store are so helpful, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain any question that I may have. I only go to this Pharmacy/Drug store now.

Excellent Customer Service still exists! Sometimes being greeted with a smile and a hello can actually make a difference. Riteaid associates rock!

I love this Rite Aid store. It’s always clean and well stocked. The people at the registers are so friendly. They have an Amazon locker where I pick up a lot of my orders trying to be more environmentally friendly. I haven’t used the Pharmacy yet but love the store section.

We were treated very kindly, and were impressed when a young man employee came over to our aid to assist us. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish

The cashier and manager were outstanding! I tried using my HSA card for the 1st time, had a large order rung up, and it was declined. They were so funny, professional and understanding. I will be back often.

It's been almost a year since I started working at the Graylyn Crest Concord Pet and over this past year I have become very close with the staff at RiteAid.

Every morning I stop in there before work to get my Dr. Pepper and to see Ms. Alice and the crew. There is nobody quite like them. Ms. Alice knows every regular customer by name and every time I walk through those doors she is there with a smile, saying good morning, and making my day.

Over the past 2 months they had a donation drive for Children's Miracle Network and every single time she rang me up I donated...and trust me sometimes it was multiple times a day. I told her I was going broke because I couldn't say no to her. Lol.

This morning when I walked in she said she needed to speak with me and when I walked up to the counter she handed me a bag and said she and her manager Phil wanted to give me something to thank me for all the donations I made. She actually crocheted me a mermaid tail throw blanket!!!! I was totally overwhelmed that she took the time out to hand make me something and of course she made me cry!!!

RiteAid is so lucky to have a Ms. Alice and to have the amazing staff they do...from their awesome manager Phil, to Ms. Pam, Aradhana, and all the girls that work there. You guys are amazing and I am grateful to know such amazing people!! Thank you for everything you do and for being my retail therapy during the Covid shutdown. You guys freaking rock!!!

This is my local store and honestly the only one I prefer to shop at. Pharmacy and store staff are always helpful and friendly. I love that they are 24 hours and I can shop at 2am and I don't feel as if they are "watching" me...lol..you know what I mean, and they don't make me feel as if I need to hurry up and get out. If I can't find something they always know right where it is.

The Pharmacist and staff at the this location have been fantastic. Several other drug stores I use are currently in chaos (prescriptions taking a week or more to fill, grossly under staffed and just lack of concern for the customer). I have had 3 visits in the past 3 weeks at this location and they have bent over backwards to accommodate me. It is nice to see a company that is not using COVID as an excuse for bad service. If you are having issues with other local drug stores go here you will not be disappointed.

I've never had a problem with this store. I am switching from walgreens after a horrible experience of them releasing an expired rx to someone else from a store I haven't used in 6 months... then they gave me a hard time over their mistake. I used to go to this rite aid all of the time and have never had a negative experience. They've always been very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced with handling my medications.

I rolled my ankle really badly and needed a cane tonight, as everyone is sold out on crutches. The website wouldn't let me check out with HSA simply because Delaware charges a required 5c bag fee, and bags apparently are not HSA eligible. While this riteaid is supposedly open 24/7, they coincidentally closed early for cleaning tonight. I called the to explain the situation, and they allowed my friend to buy a cane for me, price matched to their website. You have no idea how much I appreciate that. I gave them his name, and they knew to come out when he knocked and sold us a cane...

Local team is great. They were performing my favorite Cirque du Soleil show last time I was in the store.

I love this store! The pharmacy is fast and accurate. Using the computer to refill prescriptions is so efficient. If there are no refills they contact your doctor and when scripts are ready the computer calls. Everyone in the pharmacy is friendly and helpful.

All they need is to add produce and I wouldn't need a grocery story. They help you find things, listen too requests and couldn't be more helpful!

After more than a decade of going to the Brandywine CVS inside Target, after recent experiences there, the Branmar Rite-Aid will be my family's pharmacy from now on instead and I couldn't be happier.

Over the past couple weeks I've literally spent seven or eight hours at the Brandywine and Concord Pike CVSes, waiting for them to fill (or even find...) my childrens' prescriptions, give me excuses about why it's taking so long, not seem to care about the situation, etc.

Exasperated, I phoned up the Branmar Rite-Aid late Saturday instead, had our prescriptions transferred over, and picked them up, all within a half-hour: no excuses, no delays, no rude staff. CVS, take note: THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD FUNCTION.

Needless to say, we're using the Branmar Rite-Aid for all pharmacy stuff from now on. The store itself is clean and well-maintained, but it's the pharmacy that I really have to praise: thank you, and keep up the good work.

I have used Rite Aid on Marsh Road for many years and associates there always provide the best of service and the pharmacy individuals are always helpful.

By far the nicest Rite Aid I have ever been into. Open 24 hours with a wide selection. Scott is very friendly and is a pleasure to deal with.

As a 3rd shift worker I love having somewhere open 24/7 life saver in certain instances

I've been going here for 25 years, and have never had a problem.
