Prompt Car Wash & Detail

Thank you to everyone that works so diligently and promptly to make my car look so good. I don't know what took me so long to try them. Now I refer everyone I know to them that is looking for a great car wash and friendly service. Their attention to detail is on point!!

We are selling our truck this weekend and went to this place before spending hundreds on a full detail. The truck looks so good! We still can’t believe the level of service for $40! We will absolutely be back.

First of all the work that they do for the price they charge isn’t enough. They are a super good establishment. Lots of value. But the real thing that has me sold on this place is the fact that they found my wallet I had lost for six months and put it in my cupholder when I arrived sold for life let’s go prompt thank you so much.

These guys rock. Best car wash I’ve been to. Can’t beat the price it feels like a discount detail for the price of a wash.

I love this place! Touchless.. no more dirt filled scrubbers slamming dirt into your car scratching it all the way down. And an amazing hand dry where they actually take their time while car is parked.
Yesterday, they ran into unexpected mechanical problem and the owner was so concerned and was doing everything in his power to get things back running. I mean I appreciate a good car wash but he was making it his first priority as if someone would fall over dead if their car didnt get their car washed for a day. That is devotion. Again I love this place!

Such a great spot! They are working so hard and they made my dirty car look brand new again.

I am greatly appreciative of all of the service and attention to detail that they do here. I drive a Chevy pickup with 35x12.5, which is kinda wide, and this is the only place that would accommodate my truck

Amazing service. Alex is the best employee an owner could possibly have. He even gave me great advice about hard-water stains. I wouldn’t go elsewhere now.

This place is amazing. I drive down from Sandy to have our cars cleaned here and have been a customer for years. The quality of service is unmatched, and I have seen the workers and managers go above and beyond for their customers several times. One of the best businesses in the entire valley, and definitely the best car wash.

What a hidden gem! Not only are their prices fair but I was in and out within 45 mins for an exterior/interior wash. We will be back! Thank you!

This is a true touch-less car wash, no brushes, just high pressure water and hand wipe. I'm glad that I was able to find a car wash with no brushes. The other "touchless" car washes with brushes end up scratching my car every single time. Unlike the touchless car washes you get at the gas stations, this one actually cleans your car. It wasn't perfect (few spots missed even after the hand wipe like the top of my car, and around the trunk door), but it was pretty good. They also have interior cleaning/detailing.

Brought my 2001 Tacoma in here to get a good detail before I tried to sell it. I got the full detail where they keep it for the day. Felt I needed to as my German Shepherds had deposited some serious fur in the velcro like flooring. Also had never washed it. Prompt spent the day with it, brought the exterior to an actual shine I never thought possible, cleaned rust out of a few hood rock chips, and completely got rid of some hard water stains on the glass I thought were permanent. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the manager but when I showed him a couple areas were missed, he was totally cool about it and ran out himself and spent time after closing to make sure I was happy. I ended up selling my truck over book value, mostly cause Tacomas rock, but the awesome detail sure didn't hurt. I was so impressed I'll be buying a monthly wash pass from these guys when I get my new car here soon.

Originally found this place because we have a Tesla and needed a touch less car wash. It was near our home and had good reviews so we went and bought a monthly pass.
The entire team has truly been top notch in every visit! The staff is awesome, always happy and kind, and they do a great job ensuring your car leaves flawless. We really appreciate the quality of service.
Only feedback for y’all is that the lines and wait times can be pretty long sometimes. It’d be a big value add if you could book your car at certain times knowing you have a time slot to improve the operations and/or for even interior cleaning be able to drop off and pick up since it’s unclear how long it’ll take that day etc.

I have gone to Prompt for many years. Today they went way over board on my car! Arie and Lane cleaned my car and it looked amazing! They were both so sweet and kind to an older person it made my heart happy! Thank you to the team and a special thanks to these two beautiful hu.ans!

This place is amazing. Very, very affordable and they do a fantastic job. Reminded me of the car washes back in the day. But this one you stay in your car. The employees were really nice, even when I stepped into their kitchen. I HIGHLY recommend the business if you need an inside and out wash when your in Murry. I just wish yhey had one up north.

If you have a large lifted truck. This is the best/only spot in the valley you need to go to.

This car wash gives me hope that there is still good people in this world. My car was having problems getting in the wash bay and Alex took his time out of his day to help me fix the problem and get back on the road safe. Him and his team did a great work detailing my car.
