I love my local Smith's, it's like going home to family every time you go! I particularly like their fresh produce, quick customer service, and enjoyable environment.

While Smith's prices are decent, especially if they're having a sale, their customer service at this location is amazing!!! Marty, Staci, Bobbie are awesome!!! Reza and Nicholas (who might not be there anymore) are also the best!!

They bagged my groceries perfectly. Also Jackie went out of her way to do a good job as the cashier. She also asked me about a product if I had tried it before or not… I hadn’t. It was the sanitizing Clorox laundry additive. I wanted to reach out and say it seems to be really great including the smell! Smells like heaven. Thanks for making my trip to the grocery store successful.

I absolutely love to shop at this location- there is always fresh produce and a good selection of it. The sushi is AMAZING and made fresh, bakery is always great, beautiful flowers for a great price and you can piece together a bouquet and pick and chose your flowers:) they have a helpful and friendly staff anywhere you are in the store and seriously they make effort to know their customers! Highly recommend this location,it is just great!

I am a patient at Smith's pharmacy on 45th. I had forgotten to order my pills from the VA and was starting to notice some effects of not having any. I took my empty bottle to Smith's and asked the pharmacist if I could get a few to last me. Without question, the pharmacist gave me a few pills to last tell the VA mailed me a new prescription. That was the nicest thing any pharmacist has ever done for me and, I thank him

I have shopped at this Smith's for the last 8 years. I love this Smith's store. They have the BEST BAGGERS then any where else I have ever shopped, they are always there to bag my food and they are always so polite and friendly and so helpful. The checkers are great too, I feel like their almost family because I have shopped there for so long and it's the only place I like to shop. ❤❤❤

I go there at night. There are 4 employees that work there who are so friendly and helpful. Reza, Marty, Nicholas, and Dale. There's many more I don't know by name. This store is clean, well organized and filled with a variety of quality products and cleaning supplies.. They keep it sanitized and safe. I just love this store and the friendly staff. This is a bit of a story, but they deserve to know how grateful I am for their outstanding service. I have epilepsy, and if I go even a day without my medication I could seizure. My mother had epilepsy as well, and died from a seizure 3 years ago. Ever since I've been scared of sharing her fate. In the chaos of life I had forgotten to have my doctor call in to refill my medication, and I only had one pill left. I was able to get it called in just in time, but when I arrived at the pharmacy there was no refill or record of a request from my doctor. It was the weekend, and they gave me a loan to see me safely through until Monday. I called my doctor first thing Monday morning and she assured me she had sent it in. I returned to the pharmacy, but again, no refill, no record. I began to cry but assured the technician helping me that I understood it wasn't his fault. My doctors office was closed, and his hands were legally tied. I left. I cried a little more. It was absolutely possible I could die. Five or so minutes later I received a call from the same pharmacy technician. He told me he couldn't let it go, and did a little more digging. Apparently my doctor had sent it to the pharmacy on Redwood. I was so relieved. He didn't have to keep looking into my situation, but he did. He went above and beyond to help a patient get the medication they needed. I am so grateful to him, and whomever taught him such dedication. Thank you, Smith's Pharmacy on 4500 South!

I grew up going to this store with my mom. Here i am now taking my grandkids. The employees at this location know most of us shoppers by our first names. Customer service is quick and Jackie always makes me laugh. I wont shop anywhere else not even a different Smith's. Ill drive the extra mile. They treat people with respect as well as making you feel like family.

The people here are very kind and know me by name. I've filled with them every month for the last three years and always have been treated kindly. I'm sure with all my prescriptions I've been a handful at times but they've never been rude in the least. I see all the bad reviews and wonder if why because that's never been my experience.

Very friendly employees, especially in the deli department. I love that they have a stand for free fruit for the kids to eat while in the store. My daughter looks forward to getting an apple when we shop and it keeps her busy the whole time we are there. I love the convenience of the self checkout but if I'm not feeling like bagging myself the checkout lanes are never too busy and the cashiers are always very friendly and helpful.

This store has everything you need from home goods, to apparel, groceries, gardening, and vaccines. The pharmacy is the best in town! The employees at the store are friendly and great at their jobs! I love shopping here!

That Smith's is a great store. The employees are helpful, the produce is fresh, there's almost everything that you would need. The other cool thing about that store is that out on the Southeast corner of the property there's a fueling station which also sells diesel fuel. Very convenient.
