Went in yesterday for a pixie cut and had the best experience with Jen. I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep. I absolutely love my hair and I’m excited to go back. Highly recommend!

Kristen cuts my hair and she does a great job. Very happy with the scalp / shoulder massage before haircut too. Overall a very good experience, hence why I keep going back.

All of the staff are personable and genuine. While the cut is the feature the optional add ons like hand massages and facials do not disappoint. Great experience. Treat yourself!

Great place to get a haircut! Jen usually cuts my hair and does a really good job with it! Kristin filled in for me once when Jen was out of town and she did amazing as well. I haven’t had my haircut by anyone else, but I’ve seen nothing but great haircuts walk out the door!

I found their online booking system easy to use, and it is also easy to update appointments if needed. The online site also provides a shortcut to add a calendar appointment, which is a nice touch.

I had my Haircut and facial and was prepped for my trip to Vegas by Jen. If you want the best service in town gentleman you really need to go here you will never be disappointed. Again Thanks Jen

Veronica does a great haircut! She is a legit lady barber. Shoulder massage, straight razor shave, beard trim, short hair, growing it out, she does it all! And the best part is she will somehow remember your hair and help you figure out how to do what you want. Highly recommend Veronica at Grit!

Easy to use website, was able to book the same day. Location was clean and music was just the appropriate volume. Katie who trimmed up my beard and did a partial shave was super friendly and did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the result and the pricing is very fair, honestly could probably raise their prices a bit and still get great ratings. I will be using their services again in the future!

They are AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! I will always get my hair done here. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the people are super nice. My hair turned out lovely. The conversation was great. The owner works there which is great for a business. It has a modern look and feel to it. I recommend to everyone. Also who ever wrote the one star review was not acrually a client he has never gotten his hair done here making his review invalid.

This is the best place to get a great hair cut. Tarna is amazing, excellent attention to detail with the cut and shave, also good conversation. It’s also nice knowing the owner, Jen, is actually there working, shows she cares about the quality of work done in her shop.

Went there for my first time today. Jenifer was super chill and gave me a great cut. She was also helpful in finding hair products suitable for my hair type. Will definitely be going back!

The great staff, Jennifer and Veronica, at Grit provide a warm and friendly welcome along with their professional hair services. Megan also does phenomenal work as a massage therapist. It's out of the way, but worth the visit. Quality people and service.

I have been going to Jen for about the last 15-20 years. Not only myself, but also my entire family. Being of Southeast Asian decent it difficult to find a great stylist in the Tri-Cities that truly understands how to work with our hair and what styles and colors will look good on us. She is warm, charming, and has an uncanny ability to truly connect with all her clients. In my opinion, she is the best stylist in the Tri-Cities and I trust her implicitly. I'm sure her staff is just as excellent as she is. I recommend Jen and Grit salon to everyone I know.
