Love this pet store. Comfy cone seller, they are padded & super comfortable for after surgeries or to prevent licking. They have individual treats for sale at great prices to give your dog to see if they like them. A wash your own pet with a variety of brushes & aprons. Just bring your shampoo& conditioner. They are super friendly.

The owner truly cares about his customers. Patrick and his staff went above and beyond to help quickly fill an order for my sick dog. A+++

Today I ventured out into a pandemic because my fur baby need a resupply on her essential items. When I arrived blylee's was out of the cheaper wet wipes I use to clean my dogs sores. When I told the owner I would come back when they where in stock he offered to price match the expensive wet wipes for the same price as the cheap ones. I'm always very impressed with the service I receive.

great store friendly staff, large selection of higher end pretty good. they have treats, toys and a do it your self pet washing facility. in the same building is Vet, professional grooming, and dog daycare/boarding. pretty much a one stop kinda place 😀

They did a great job grooming my dog and really took into consideration his separation anxiety and made sure he was ok the whole time he was there by himself. He still has a lot of excess hair that could’ve been groomed but he is a husky which requires a lot.

They are doing emergency medically necessary grooming only at this time. The care they give to each patient is scientifically based and necessary. My poodle has hair in her ear canal that can damage her eardrums and cause deafness. We can cut her hair and trim her nails, but, plucking the ear canal hairs is beyond our capacity to treat. Their opening service is not to do general grooming, and they do not do that at this time.

Excellent customer service. I have an old disabled dog and they took their time with him and treated him as if he was their own. I so appreciate that. I highly recommend
