Urgent care visit — I loved that they gave me an actual appointment for urgent care (it was the weekend) instead of asking me to wait in the lobby for hours (which generally happens in most ER-type vets). The staff were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My dog was crying after sedation so the staff took her out of the kennel and cuddled her until I arrived. 10/10 would recommend. Update on 4/8/24 - We ended up having to say goodbye to our feline friend. Woodinville Veterinary Hospital has been more than kind and patient. When we arrived they took us right back to the room and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. They even let us leave through another door so to not upset others in the lobby. It was an emotional day and the staff and doctors were beyond kind. We even received a condolence card from the vets and techs about a week later.

Initial review and visit - After calling several other clinics I was able to get my cat in with in a day for the urgent care. While the diagnosis was not what I wanted to here, they were more than kind and to the point about treatment plan. The cost was also no where near what I anticipated it to be which made it all the more pleasant of an experience. The doctor called with in the time frame they told me with blood work results which was greatly appreciated so I wasn't fretting for days on end. I will definitely use this clinic in future.

I can’t say enough about the vets, the techs and the front desk staff. This has been my third visit, and I am so impressed with the compassion and quality of care that my dogs have received. They never rush you, and are happy to answer all of your questions. I love the reports that we receive, and the pricing is fair. Dr. Melody and Darren we’re so awesome on the last visit. Thank you so much for your professionalism and excellence.

My dog had an anal gland abscess and I had called around 4 other places trying to get into urgent care to no avail until I reached Woodinville Veterinary. They were able to take us in within 1.5 hours, provided a detailed explanation of the treatment process and the cost and the estimated time for pick up. When they were running late they called me ahead of time to informed me of the new pick up time. On pick up they explained everything that was done again and provided detail explanation of the medication that my dog would be taking over the next 7 days. I am thankful I found Woodinville Veterinary, when I shared the cost of the treatment with my friend later, I was told the cost was super reasonable.

Where do I begin... The staff at this clinic are a breath of fresh air! Every single one of them was absolutely amazing, kind, caring and patient. You can feel walking in the door they care about more than just your money. I feel so incredibly thankful to have found this clinic. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us heal. I couldn’t be happier. The experience was warm, professional and enjoyable from beginning to end. What stands out is the care for the human and the dog. The vet was so thorough in explaining everything even when testing only ruled things out without pointing to a cause. I had a very sick dog and I left with a great information, piece of mind and a solid treatment plan. Outstanding.

We had a pretty traumatic experience earlier this week. Our 7.5 year old Doberman suddenly collapsed and was unable to walk or use his legs. The Staff at Woodinville Veterinary were able to get us scheduled, seen, and diagnosed (CVI unfortunately) that same day. While it's a condition Rocko will have for the rest of his life, we were able to get him on medication to help mitigate the condition so he can still live a good life. Special thanks to Dr. Love and the entire team for their empathy and care.

I have only been in the area for a few months. My senior dog suddenly became ill. I called several ER clinics which wait times were 2-3 hrs. When I called Woodinville Hospital they were both friendly and willing to answer a few questions up front. I made an appointment with them and I did not get stuck in the cue waiting for hours to be seen which has happened with other ER's. Our Vet was knowledgeable and friendly and provided great care. And most importantly my K9 buddy is do well!! Thank you Woodinville Veterinary Hospital for your quality care and support!!!!

I always bring in both my pets (cat & dog) with confidence knowing my furry ones will be taken care of with great doctors and a staff that is caring and fun to work with.Update...I also just brought in a new cat "Billy" who was a rescue cat and afraid of everything. I took Billy in for a checkup and exam afraid he'd be more afraid of leaving his new home. Amazingly, He couldn't get enough of the staff giving him hugs and was transformed from a shy, nervous cat to a happy boy!

Super thorough evaluation of our cat who wasn't feeling well. All the people there were kind and supportive. Was able to get into urgent care within two hours. Great compliment to our regular vet.

Easily the best vet office I have ever been to. I switched to them this year and they have been nothing but amazing. My dog has suffered from chronic ear infections from the moment I got him, my previous vet always gave me the same meds that never helped. After my first visit to woodinville vet hospital I could see the relief my pup was feeling. They are very thorough, answered all of my questions and made me feel like they truly cared for my dogs well being. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are visiting from out of state. I called about 15 places, and this is the only vet that fit us in on the same day. Very calming & caring, environment & staff. They took their time with us, answered all of my questions, and quickly treated her. They brought me relief on a stressful day. Thank you all for everything! 🩵

First time visit here and I was impressed.. All of the staff was really nice, seemed compassionate to our needs. The vet explained everything so we could make decisions on our action plan for our dog. We were able to stay in the room as they looked over our dog. I know this has become a thing that they take the pet in the back to check them out while you wait in a room, and I was grateful as I could see how well they checked her over. Even though I did not utilize them for everything, they were more than happy to send on the records to our regular veterinary office. I would definitely use them again when in need for urgent care services.

Wow. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! These fantastic vets and staff have gone above and beyond for our scared, reactive rescue dog. We’ve taken our 2 cats and 2 dogs here over the last few years and we are always happy with the care they receive. Our most recent rescue dog is extremely fearful, anxious, and reactive, but they went out of their way to try to gain his trust and treat him without pushing his boundaries. They made sure we didn’t have to pass any unnecessary people when entering and moving through the clinic, and Dr. Grange and her tech Torrin sat at my dog’s level and fed him treats continuously while they came up with a treatment plan. They had immense patience and calm even though my dog was barking and acting crazy. I am so grateful for their help and compassion. They are always friendly and helpful as well as prompt in returning our calls/emails. It's clear that they truly care about their patients and clients. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I do not know how to thank the doctor and nurse that saw us last night with our 14 year old Yorkie. Their kindness and customer service went beyond what I have ever ever experience in any other vet hospital. Our baby ended up not surviving but we want to thank them for making this sad experience tolerable, explaining options and not giving us much hope just to get our money. I know I was a mess in their office but they stayed until 10 pm for us. We called at 7 pm, they saw us at 8 pm and they never rushed us to leave until we felt comfortable saying goodbye. If I could give 10 stars i will give 10 stars. Also I am sure my 4 kitties will be seen there. No other place like this!

Extremely nice staff and doctor. This is not my primary vet, however I needed an urgent appointment due to my boy's face swelling. They were so kind and allowed me to immediately bring him in for care. Not only that but the price for an emergency visit and treatment was very fair.

Hope I don't have to come back for another urgent visit but if I did, I would 100% go back to this clinic.

I’ve been taking our four-legged family members to this veterinary clinic for seven years. Right now I have three dogs and one cat who are all patients at this clinic. I have always been very happy with their veterinary services. They also often ask for feedback. In response to one of their service I provided feedback in connection with the administrative support team. The Doctor who is the managing partner of the clinic called me right away and listened to my perspective. I have not had any repeat issues since. They also now offer a certain level of emergency services which is great because it is close to our house.

*Update 1 year later* Woodinville Veterinary Hospital is still amazing. We moved out of state for a year and upon moving back already brought one cat in for urgent care and one for a wellness exam. All three of my cats will be patients here because the DVMs and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and both times we’ve come in for urgent care, we were seen immediately. Our most recent urgent care visit was a few minutes before they were supposed to close and they took us in right away and spent over an hour with us answering all of our questions and educating us on proper diet and care routines.

Let me start off by saying that Dr. Grange and Dr. Wyle saved my kitten’s life today.

My kitten ingested the top of a 360degree toothbrush two days ago. I immediately brought her to another ER, they kept her for 7 hours and did absolutely nothing. They quoted me $7k-$10k for x rays and endoscopy- which I was fine with, because I have insurance- but they just left her in a kennel for 7 hours. The clinic was rude and refused to process my insurance claim, despite the fact that they have Trupanion Express software.

Today, I called Woodinville Veterinary Hospital- the woman who answered the phone was incredibly calm and empathetic, and told me to bring my kitten in right when they open- so I did.

The clinic is impeccably clean and modern, the CSRs are all friendly. I immediately started to calm down.

The vet tech who did our intake was was very gentle and kind when handling my kitten- bonus- they allowed me to sit with her in the exam room instead of in my car.

Dr. Wyle came in, she was also very gentle and calming while examining my nervous kitty- and let me know that she could start with X rays, she gave me a lot of valuable nutrition advise, and was so informative and open about treatment options and cost. She immediately took her x rays and could see the object. She explained to me that they do have capabilities to do an endoscopy and surgery if necessary, but she suggested sending her to a specialist who may have luck retrieving the object during endoscopy… she was very honest with me, and, based off the level of compassion, knowledge and care I already witnessed- I felt MUCH more comfortable leaving my kitten here than subjecting her to another er/specialty visit/nightmare.

One of the CSRs submitted my preapproval through Trupanion INSTANTLY and without hesitation.

I called numerous times throughout the day to check in, and despite how busy this clinic was, they never rushed me off the phone or made me feel horrible for calling.

Dr. Grange instantly stepped into action to perform an endoscopy and later a surgery to remove the object from my cat’s stomach, saving her life. I can’t IMAGINE what could have happened if I was forced to wait, and the object moved into her intestines.
Dr. Grange called me after the procedure with a very detailed summary of what she did, she was actually on the phone with me for quite some time discussing after care and answering all of my questions. She saved my cat’s life today.

The same CSR who put my preapproval through in the morning was there when I went to pay my bill. It was less than half of what I was quoted at the ER, and 1million x the level/quality of care. Plus, she already submitted my claim through Trupanion by the time I walked up to the desk, and I only paid $345 out of pocket!!!
They sent me home with the most detailed discharge notes any doctor has ever provided me with, and made sure I was stocked with meds.

Sorry for the novel, I’m just so impressed with the level of care, skill and knowledge we received today. This is seriously the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had, during the absolute worst thing that has ever happened to one of my pets.
