i run the store, idk how to respond to reviews directly so this is the best i could do.
i have done 100's of test drives, the only reason i don't allow it is if you aren't legal to drive, no license/insurance.
any customer can and many have taken my cars through a shop, which i have no problem with, as i send them through a shop before i sell them
i have never bought a car from CARHOP,
it's illegal to sell a car with a total loss insurance title claim without disclosure, so i don't sell branded title vehicle, a vehicle may have an insurance claim for repair, but that is a huge difference from being totaled.
if you come to my store to buy a car i have zero reason not to sell you one, that makes no sense, the whole point of being open is to sell cars

Drove to 5 used car dealerships and wasn't interested in a single car. Then my brother suggested this one so we went. This one is very small. Like blink and you'll miss it. But was pleasantly greeted with a great choice of cars within my small price range. I was very impressed by how helpful and nice they were here! Got a great deal on a car and will definitely be returning for all future purchases!

Bought a car, they cut the price without us even asking!

Went here to buy a car but owner falsely claimed that he wasn't allowed by state law from letting me take vehicle on test drive. I explained that I wanted to get an inspection of the vehicle at a local shop and he was very discouraging of that idea. Vehicle I was interested in had an insurance claim on it which would affect the cost of insurance. Was told most of the vehicles were bought from auction like CarHop does. Wouldn't necessarily trust buying a vehicle from a dealership that did not trust me to go on test drive or get prepurchase vehicle inspection. Prices were affordable but probably for a good reason. Reminds me of old saying you get what you pay for. Be sure to check Carfax if you plan on purchasing a vehicle here.
