This is a classic used bookstore- stacks and stacks creating paths and corners to find... MORE BOOKS! Full range of topics, great trade-in program. (Plus used puzzles with proceeds going to charity- a nice service). This store is an asset to Port Orchard- worth a trip to visit.

A nice little store with a little bit of everything. I bought a couple books and the staff was so polite and helpful. They have a very large variety of books at really good prices. I try to pop in there every few weeks or so. Well worth trying!

That is one cool book store. The books just keep going and going. If my daughter could live there she would.

My neighbor told me about this books store and I am so glad she did. This book store is an amazing gem in Port Orchard. If you like to read, you will fall in love with this store. The folks are super nice and friendly, the shelves are filled to the brim. You can’t look anywhere and not see a book! They have any topic you could be looking for. The prices are fair and I love the trade a book program they have. What a deal! The only thing I wish is that I had found out about them sooner! I will be coming here a lot. Thanks for a book store that is even better stocked than the public library! You are amazing.

I used to go to this awesome little shop all of the time back 10 years ago when I lived in PO, so on an impulse I pulled in as I was driving by the other day, and was delighted to see that it held just as much charm, and just as big of a selection as it did when I was a frequent customer

For a small place, it has millions of books to look through!

Sweet yet discreet. A quiet place to shop, re-use timeless volumes, and spend a quiet hour. Reminiscent, too with a floor that creaks and endless shelves of that “book”smell.

Great used bookstore, very good variety. From the outside shop looks small and unassuming but it was much larger than I expected with a fantastic variety. Took the grandkids and they found some great children's books.

My mother and my sister-in-law have been going to this place since the late 90s early 2000s. They are very very good people it looks small from the outside but they have over 40,000 books. It's kind of a mom-and-pop operation. The first time my sister-in-law went in there she was shopping and wasn't sure she had the cash on her they offered to let her owe them which is unheard of. Of course after being through her prayers she found the money that she needed but she was highly impressed. And it's obvious that they are god-fearing good people. I recommend this place highly. When I was in prison in 2002 my mother could only send me books that came from and authorized dealer. The the owner told her that they don't ship books but after hearing their her story he said that he had no problems helping her out. I would pick an author and my mother would pick out every book that they written and send me quite large cardboard boxes full of paper backs.plus they have this awesome return policy that you get credits for returning the books after you read them so if you are a regular reader like me and my mother and my sister-in-law it turns into a great experience.

I just went here for the first time. This place is so quaint and peaceful. I love the smells and the sorta maze of books up to the ceiling as I explored. I was surprised and delighted at how deep it goes.

Best place in Port Orchard. Their shop is the most charming maze of books that you want to get lost in. Their selection is vast. Customer service is always kind. And great trade in deals to make their affordable prices all the more affordable.

One of the few used bookstores locally owned any longer. Stacks of books all over the place just like they should be...
Usually will give you store credit for used books brought in good shape and relevant in some way. You could spend hours perusing titles and also ask to have them look it up in their inventory to save some time. Support your local brick and mortars lest we become awkward anxiety ridden creeps who never speak with each other face to face and hide behind our phone screens!

LOVE this place. I spend hours upon hours searching and locating books I have been looking for and books I didnt know I needed. When I am done reading them, I return them (or keep them) and get credits towards my next purchase. The prices are super low. I recommend trying this place before you look anywhere else.

A classic, warm and friendly used bookstore. Built from a renovated house, rooms and hallways full of well-organized books. She has comfy chairs, a public restroom, and a coffee machine. Obviously, hanging out is as encouraged as buying. My 7yo daughter camped in the kids section and we finally had to make her put 2/3 of her pile back. We still walked away with a nice pile of kid-happy books for less than $20. I had trouble finding a few, asked, and she knew exactly where to find them. We even chatted "old author vs new author," and agreed before the 70s, writers used bigger vocabulary. I was tempted to buy again a stack of the "old school pulp" sci-fi like I grew up with, just to introduce my daughter to new words.
