Not only did we get a great deal, Larry worked with us to proficiently wade through the often turbulent waters of obtaining a home mortgage. We purchased our home at a time where interest rates were rapidly rising and we had only a day or two wiggle room to close within our lock period. Larry and Lauren both did an excellent job getting our rate nearly 1.5% lower by completing the closing within our lock. The communication from start to finish was absolutely excellent. I only had to leave a message once and the call was returned the next day, which was vitally important to my wife and myself because we were moving in from out of state. I spoke with Larry Knopr approximately 2 years ago and he guided me on what I needed to focus on to improve my credit to be able to by my first home. Once I focused on those items I reached out to Larry again and was able to successfully purchase my first home! Larry Knopf and Tim Ford from 1st Capital are Amazing!
