This Verizon store has been hands down one of the best/exceptional customer service I have ever experienced. Frank and his team made this experience of coming over to Verizon stress free, from the moment I told them what was going on they made their mission to address all the issues and resolve them at that moment. There is a lot of surrounding stores that I have walked in and from that moment weren’t welcoming at all and really didn’t care about customer service. If I were to be asked would I recommend this store to friends and family? Absolutely! Frank is very welcoming and willing to go out and beyond for his customers. His team are as well welcoming and team players to ensure each and every customer walks out the store happy than before walking in to the store! I am thankful and grateful for their help.

Great customer service - Joshua O answered all my questions concerning moving my service from another provider to Verizon. Took care of me setting my new iPhone & Ipad up. Will be back to get another phone. Recommended this store for any Verizon needs!

The whole team there is wonderful especially frank my mom and I went in there to fix my watch that was stolen but couldn't unlock it and he was more then helpful he ended up getting my phone updated since it was an older iPhone and there was a promotion that gave me a free Apple watch when I upgraded so it got both things done that I needed. I highly recommend going to try his store great customer service and they always put the customer first.

Nyles and Joshua helped me, my wife, and my in-laws tremendously in switching carriers, purchasing 4 phones and porting our numbers. They also helped us with a pile of questions. I would highly recommend visiting them at the Bear location.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had purchasing a cell phone and plan. The store had a great atmosphere and the sales crew was very knowledgeable and engaging. The whole team at this location has been nothing but awesome. They were able to transfer my phone number from a different company to theirs with no issue and answered every question my husband and I had. I had an issue with my phone number not linking up the following day and the guys there made sure it was fixed and of course they did! Highly recommend this location!

Great store, great products, and exceptional customer service. But when all other stores let down, this man Vateleeh corlon got it done. He was nice, patient and went above and beyond for me. After my experience with him, this store is the only place I'll go. Vateleeh saved the day #notallheroeswearcapes. Your the man, thanks boss.

I am late in posting my praises for Frank....he was great to work with and I highly recommend that if you need a phone or a problem fixed , he is the man for the job!!

V waited on us and was very helpful. Despite
being older he didn't make us feel stupid which I have always felt when updating phones. The store was not crowded and seemed like a relaxed environment. He also was very willing to have us come back with any questions.

Normally don't write reviews but had to for Vatekeh.
Made 2 hours go by like it was 30 minutes. Saved me 20 bucks and explained everything crystal clear. Will be telling all my family and friends to come here!

Under new management, wonderful group now at this location. I have been in the store plenty of times and usually left without receiving any help, looks like all of that has changed. Josh was very helpful, he made it a point to greet every customer walking in and make them feel welcome. I will no longer have to drive to Christiana Verizon to receive help or purchase new equipment.

Nyles was awesome to work with and helped to set-up our new personal phones and answer questions about corporate phones as well. He was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process quick and easy. If you need to visit a Verizon store, shop here and ask for Nyles!

V was the greatest! Came in because my phone wasn't working. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and the proceeded to save me like $50 on my monthly bill, unprompted!!! Unreal!! Thanks, V!!
