Orchard Street Self Storage

So I can not say enough about this place. 1st I called about 3 yrs ago n apparently got out on wait list (yippy) because at one of the most critical times in needing a storage and needing the one this size they called and said hey you're on the wait list would you like this big storage unit we have yes I would I said. Clean secure lots of cameras friendly employees everyone of them. A little tricky getting in the gate depending on how and what size your truck is. You may have to get out to punch code in. That's the only downfall. No biggie tho..

I can't say enough about this facility. They have been wonderful - from the much better rates, to the exceptional customer service, they make it easy to pay, etc. I had Public Storage nextdoor in the past and they were HORRID!! I am so glad that I get to do business with this company!!

Great Storage Facility - I highly recommend if you are looking to work with a quality establishment. My son had to store a wrecked car for a short period (from the towing company next door). Normally Orchard Street would not allow but it was a temporary situation and the management was more than willing to work with me. Absolutely great customer service. From the front desk crew to the people that answered the phone. Orchard Street 'made room' in their RV area and allowed me to store it while we settled with the insurance company. A couple of weeks turned into a couple of months but OSSS worked with me all the way. Payments can be made electronically and it's easy to log into your account. I found the pricing reasonable and competitive for the space and the staff were friendly. Don't hesitate to use this location if you are looking for storage.

The transaction went smoothly the ladies were very nice. Enjoyed meeting Katie and Jodi both. I would definitely recommend public storage if you need a place to store your items.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Orchard Street Self Storage for helping me when I was in a bind. I was in need of a storage unit to store my car. It was last minute and I had not planned ahead for this situation. I called a few different storage facilities in my area to ask what was available and what the cost would be. Three locations had nothing available and two others were extremely expensive. My call to Orchard Street Self Storage was a godsend. The lady on the phone was amazing! She was friendly helpful and very professional. I was able to arrange rental of a unit over the phone. Once I arrive at Orchard Street Self Storage I was shown where my unit was located. Super easy access. The entry and exit procedures were shown to me. In no time flat I had my vehicle stored in a clean safe and secure location. Thank you Orchard Street Self Storage. They are the Best and I recommend anyone needing a storage unit to give them a call.

Great storage facility, good prices, friendly staff. Open until 10pm. Large complex with lots of different size units. Probably the most secure storage place around because there is always someone on site that lives above the office.

Upon deciding to do business with Orchard Storage, I discovered a very pleasant crew who were more than willing to aid in answering any questions and concerns before signing the paperwork. Additionally, they provided the opportunity to receive their move in offer for use of the moving truck at a later time at, while offering the special rate due to the truck being down. It is greatly appreciated that they still provide something even outside their time allowance. These people are quick to assist and pleasant to do business with. I would absolutely recommend and continue to do business with them while I still have the need. Thank you kindly for your services and assistance.

Very easy to sign up online and there was some really good deals and discounts, especially compared to other storage complexes in the area. When I called in with questions to the main office they were very polite and knowledgeable.

The employees are friendly and helpful and the facilities very clean! I wasn't able to use the truck as someone already was using it, but maybe next time. I was having trouble finding someone not already at work to help me with the final moving so Karen gave me the names of some fine young men to help me. 90 minutes later three young men, Xavier, CJ and Ellis showed up at Orchard Street Self Storage to help me. Such hard workers and reasonably priced, I can't thank them or Karen enough for helping me finalize my move.

Professional service is often hard to find anywhere. I am so pleased with the service of Orchard Street Self Storage. With the opportunity to use their truck to haul my precious items, I was able to move in one day. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with Public Storage. The location was easy to find and had very easy access. The manager on site was very friendly and professional. She showed personal interest and a sincere desire to help in any way possible in order to have a pleasant experience, answering any questions I had.

Personal efficient service. A bit high on the rent but, knowing my things are safe makes up for it. Karen the manager is always professional and has a smile when she greets you.

The staff was super nice! I got 50% off my first month & the free truck rental was no lie! It was very covenant to have the truck there! 5 stars in my book!

I had great customer service, the guy was very helpful in helping me get my storage. I did use the truck and found it very useful to help move my stuff in. I did have troubles with my gate code and the guy helped me get it fixed right away.

Patrolled there but don’t have Storage here. Neat little parking lot that’s decently landscaped. ;)

Pretty cool place to keep up with your belongings with. Haven’t had issues.

Key to getting a unit is "appointment". Love it, unit spacious, and clean. Manager very helpful as well. Overall awesome 😊
