well i still need to talk with them as i have had a difficult time getting in touch with the correct person. But also it could be me the user plus with being on lockdown communication as been an adjustment as well as a challenge for all of us

If Ashley Sealscott works here, I hope she loses her job. She never replied back to me, so I lost my job BECAUSE of her lack of communication. 2 WEEKS LATER, I get an email back from her saying I never filled out any paperwork. Maybe it’s because I already lost clients as a caregiver and you never emailed my job like you’re supposed to after a given amount of days, not WEEKS later. Sedgwick is a horrible company, where they know people rely on them to reply back in a timely manner and no one replies back to them. I hope this company closes, because of the amount of people who have been screwed over by them.

Never call you back. Never answer there phones. Claims manager just changed her number and never got back to me. They are very shady and aren’t here to help. Just here to close your claim.

If u get Gary Goeman goodluck he will ignore u and doctors for months and make excuses he also will answer the phone drunk while on the clock so again if you get Gary Goeman as ur claims manager then i wish u luck and recommend u contact corporate to get someone else involved it took almost 5 months to get my claim fixed because of him

Horrible service… they will never call you back or answer their phones. Will never do business with them again.

Horrible, there really isn't a phone number to call only your claims manager and he never calls back.

This is a complete nightmare. They offer no way to speak with someone.

No response at all. Long call wait.

Anything that has to do with Sedgwick has been an absolute nightmare. This "insurance" ensures nothing.
