This store is absolute trash. They are poorly stocked, the have a very large problem with the homeless and because of that the keep their coffee cups behind the counter which in turn makes you have to wait in line to get one from the cashier. One of the employees, which might be gone now cause I haven’t seen her in a while, was definitely on drugs. So the management has poor policy allowing sub par workers. I used to be a frequent customer at this store but after bad experiences that keep happening I am a done. I would just go to another gas station if I was you.

Walked in to let the "cashier" know the air pump was not working. The cashiers explained it wasn't the stores responsibility. As I was walking out the cashier said " why you come in here bit#$ing about that stuff.
Obviously the owner cares even less about his business than the cashier if thats who he trusts. #BadRocketonPlum

Air pump for car tire does not work they won't refund you and say call number on the side... Don't get me started with that. I've looked at other reviews and it looked like people were having same issue with it years ago. you will not be able to set it above 28 psi. Owner forsure does not care about the local community... Allows drugs to be sold outside of property and have been offered counterfeit fentynal pills inside the store. Safety and golden rule is not a concern here!

Ps also if you read comments also for 76 station which is same place but on Google reviews you will see plenty of bad comments about car wash , owner and air pump, ect.

Worst customer service.. the rude old lady that worked 2/26/24 around 3:00-3:30pm should find different work no one in the right mind is going to leave their purse at the front counter.. I get that maybe they have had problems with people using the bathroom for illegal stuff. But what does that have to do with me. She is labeling me as one of those people which is uncalled for so embarrassing of course they're other people waiting in line so now they all look at me like I'm trash too. She should be fired
