DQ!!!! They absolutely sucked through most of 2023 but last quarter of 2023 and now so far 2024 they ROCK!! Like OMG upper management got the right team in there and the younger managers are motivated and so amazing at customer service. My family reluctantly went in there back in December and were pleasantly surprised by the service coming back we thanked the team and shared with them how it made all the difference. Then tonight Jan/19/2024 my daughter went in and they treated her AMAZING 🤩 👏🏼 👏🏼. We ordered a very complicated blizzard with double Oreo and TRIPLE peanut butter. Most people complain about making this for me but tonight oh my was I touched that the young girl team not only accepted my order (through my daughter) which made us feel non-pressured for ordering difficult stuff and so so happy. Last the blizzards and food was amazing!! Like the old DQ we used to love which means even the cook is doing an awesome job and cares about his/her customers. Anyway THANK YOU DAIRY QUEEN! We love you guys again and so so happy 😀 🎉 🎊 🎉

The place is clean, friendly staff , took a few minutes to get my order but I noticed that they were busy because of their old equipment credit card machine. The food was good and hot 😁👍

Very good service these days, I’ve seen the improvement! Very friendly staff and I appreciate that knowing how busy and hectic it can get. It’s all kids that work there but who ever is the manager really must be doing what they can to improve service. I appreciate all your hard work!

My sister and I decided to take my daughter to the dairy queen on commercial st after my daughter's 4 year check up. The worker helping us I believe her name was Ariel was amazing. Normally the workers seem grumpy and put off by helping you but Ariel was really sweet and patient. Thank you

My husband and I have been here twice in the last week and a half. Both times they were very busy, line of cars to the street. However the lines moved quickly, the food was correct hot and tasty. The milkshakes cold and delicious. And the attitudes of the workers wonderful. They were happy and polite, you wouldn't know from the positive attitudes how busy they were. Very impressed with this dairy queens team. Great job!

Came in for a last minute birthday cake for my 12 year old and was totally fine with an unfrosted cake so long as I got the cake flavor I wanted. The staff went above and beyond frosting the cake and even writing Happy Birthday. They told me that it's usually a 48 turn around time, but I fortunately came in during a lull and they were able to do something quickly for me.

I don't know what happened to this place. I believe the franchise was taken over. But the young man, at the drive-thru window , is not thrilled to be there. Not friendly, and not helpful. Other times I have been there, the same young man was laughing and joking out the window with somebody. I'm not the only one who had this experience. The people that I work for, will not go to this location, any longer. They expressed the same feelings. I know it's hard working, fast food.. but if that is what you do, try to do it well .

The ice cream cone was great, but when I pulled up it took them several minutes to acknowledge that I was at the ordering speaker. Which I find super rude.

Dairy Queen is always busy and so you're going to have a bit of a wait but hopefully not long. Love the blizzards once in a while ...girlscout cookies thin mint was pretty minty and wasn't terrible but probably will try something new next time

My daughters and I stopped in to order take out on Thursday, December 10th, 2020. The incredible employee, whom I had the pleasure of working with, Shelby was a delight to place my order with. Not only thorough, but polite with excellent Customer Service etiquette! Her smile and confidence helped me feel comfortable and happy I chose this Dairy Queen for dinner. Thank you again, Shelby!

Very impressed with this Dairy Queen. My burger was whapped beautifully and the burger itself looked just like the photo. My chocolate milkshake could be mixed better but not worth bumping the rating down.

Loved it! The staff was great!

However, a little advice from me personally, don't order the blizzard if you're lactose intolerant and on an 14 hour road trip. Apparently they have dairy in them, go figure.

Also, when they serve your blizzard upside down, it turns out that when you wake up the next morning from a terrible stomach ache, you should not attempt to replicate what they do. I then had to explain to my date why my white shirt had a big brown stain on the front, tragic.

We arrived around 7:15 on a Sunday night and it was very busy! We waited only a few minutes to place our order inside. The young man at the counter was very polite and patient while we tried to decide what to order and helpful with suggestions. We were surprised our order came so quick and all was good!
When we arrived home I didnt have my wallet so called the store and Devon took our phone number and called back just a few moments later having found it in our booth. We drove back and retrieved it, everything still in it!

You can't go wrong with Dairy Queen ice cream deserts. And they are very good at getting my custom orders correct. Please remember the staff at fast food places deserve a tip too when they give great service.

Appreciated their extra effort tonight. The drive through was going a little slow so instead of making us wait in cue the staff came outside for my payment and came back to deliver my order. I was grateful to get on my way with my icecream.
