It was after 9 when I went there last night running low on gas and in danger of running so as I pulled in the parking lot I saw someone with a reflective vest on and I asked her if the store was open and her reply was something like no I didn't quite hear it right so as I pulled up and stopped at the pumps didn't think about what I was going to do she came up to the car like they weren't close so I asked her what did you think I asked you? Her reply was why else would I be here if we weren't open maybe she was having a bad day but not it was not a good day for the customer there that day either

No I do not need to see the cashier your machine needs to work properly

The women working here are amazing but it takes 1 employe to ruin it all. The guy working today was rude and talked down to his customers. Arguing with a customer refused to make it right. He lost business not only from me but other people as well. This isn't the first time we had a problem with him either. He was extremely rude to my mom last week too. Perhaps if you are unhappy with your job maybe you shouldn't be working there. If your prices are marked wrong in the store you should fix it not be rude to a customer.

This is the worst gas station I’ve been too, sat outside waiting for nearly 10 mins for the gal inside to finish talking, she came out started the car behind me and then proceeded to go back inside, she even turned around looked directly at me and unlocked the door to the store and walked in; even while other cars where pulling up to also get gas. This is why I always go to the shell on the corner of commercial and liberty across the street from Roth’s. They’re service is fantastic and they practically run to your car and do your windshield while waiting. Will NEVER go here again.

Pulled in and there were only two cars, employee walks into the store without starting to fill my vehicle. There was no customers inside. By the time I drove off (giving up on getting gas) all the pumps had cars waiting and employee never came back. Drove to Fred Meyer pumps and they started filling in 30 seconds.

It’s always understaffed. The staff is alright but one person can’t run a store and pump gas

The one employee that was doing gas looked at me several times, got to other people that got there after me. started and finished other people's gas without coming to me once

Girl gas attendant is rude, not helpful. Chatting with other employees while customers are waiting. She should be fired.

I went in 15 minutes after opening and the employee refused to help me because it was too early. When I told him the sign on the window said they opened at 530, he said "well not today. " another time, we went 10 minutes before closing and they were already closed, no one in sight, everything locked up

Service really lacks at this service station. Took over 15 minutes for them to come assist me.
