Noodles and Company

My daughter and I have been really into pasta lately, and we've tried quite a few dishes from Noodles & Company. I usually order on the app and do quick pickup and it is always ready on time. My daughter's favorite is the Chicken Parmesan without the chicken. There's not an option to remove the chicken on the app, but the store manager told me I could put it in the notes, and sure enough, we've done that 3-4 times now, and they've always gotten the order correct. My favorite is the Pesto Cavatappi. I love that you can add and remove things on the app which is really nice for food allergies or sensitivities. We haven't dined in the restaurant, but I noticed that they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always fun. Employees are always friendly and give great customer service!

I love Love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. And the customer service is always top notch. Rick served my wife and I, even honored a picture of a coupon I had left at home. Rick was helpful and courteous every step of the way. When the soda machine ran out of the soda I liked I mentioned it to him as he politely dropped our food off at our table, he kindly acknowledged it and thanked me for letting him know. He then immediately exchanged the soda, asked us how we were doing with our meals, and let me know that the cream soda had been replaced and was ready to go for me. I watched Rick help other customers as well and this experience was not unique. Rick took care of every guest and made me feel like a million bucks on a $10 meal. If the food wasn’t enough of a reason to come back, this type of customer service will bring me back in the door time and time again!

Jessi and the team were so great and helping get us quality food. One of their steamers broke and they remade our food so it was hot. Jessi went above and beyond for us to get quality food and a great experience

I came today for lunch with my toddler. The staff I interacted with were SO nice to us! The dining area was also very clean. Thank you!

I had the shrimp scampi which is marked as a spicy dish but I wasn't sure how. They even went so far as to let me look at the packaging for the sauce to check for known spicy ingredients and black pepper. There was a bit of back of the throat heat but that may be from the vinegar in the sauce. It was otherwise absolutely delicious!

This place always has a great selection of good pastas. Vegetarian if you like never been disappointed yet.

I love love noodles and company chicken noodle soup. It’s classic and tastes so good. I’m giving it 4 stars cause sometimes they put wayy to much oil in it, but other then that I love it.

Excellent service! I just started eating gluten-free and misunderstood the menu, thinking the LEANguini noodles were gluten-free. They checked the various sauce ingredients to make sure I could eat them and made me a new dish. It was as delicious! They were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend Noodles and Co. on Riverdale Road!

It is often so hard to find gluten free places to go for fast food when we have to travel from out of town to shop for clothes. My husband and I LOVE this place. Gluten free options were wonderful and the food was amazing. Highly recommended!!!!!! (Husband got the asain salad & I got the pesto chicken with rice noodles)

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Tasted pretty good!!! Came in about five minutes. We dined in.

Love this place! Love the food, the mac and cheese with steak is my favorite! The boss made me feel so welcome, I interviewed there and I hope I become a team member, it will be so much fun! Jessi is very nice, like a close friend I could get along with her very and the staff very well. Great location!!!

Very good Alfredo, prices are a little higher than I expected. However, that's the case with everything lately. Food and service was excellent.

I had never eaten here before. Food was really good, price wasn’t too bad, place was clean, staff was nice. I will definitely eat here again. I had the japanese pan noodles with marinated steak… delicious!!!!

In the past, this location was not as saucy as I like but we came here today and the food was sooooo good. I had asked if the Penne Rosa had garlic (I cannot have garlic for the time being) and they said no so that is what I ordered. While getting our drinks, they let me know that they found out it did and the only item with no garlic is the cheese sauce so they changed my order to Mac and cheese and gave me a rice crispy for the hassle which really was no hassle to me! My boyfriend ordered the Japanese pan noodle with steak and also said it was delicious!!

I really like this place. It has several gluten free/gluten sensitive options. The flavors are good. They have Izze drinks. It's a nice atmosphere. Lots if options. Friendly staff. Their Pad Thai is amazing and they have chopsticks. Also carry desserts. They look delicious.

i came to this place for the first time to try there food out and it turned out really great food. i would recommend this place if you have not tried it yet and i will be coming back to this place again. the employees were very nice to me and my boyfriend for the first time to try there food out. i give this place a 5/5 stars for the employees being nice and their dinning room was clean and neat.

I love this place! I go here all the time and they always have great service, there is one girl who is there almost every time I go and she's pregnant with blond hair. This time I just went in I noticed everyone else was slacking a little bit and she caught someone's order who was wrong before she took it to their table, and I had been waiting longer than I ever have here before and she noticed and told them they had a to go and it should've been ready. She knows how to work fast and make sure everything is right. I just wanted to acknowledge her for getting me my food when everyone else had forgot about it. Great food in love with their pad Thai !!!!
