Some of the best customer service that you can get. They always take such good care of me. I appreciate them so much.

Buckle is on a little bit of the expensive side but it's worth it. The employee's were alot of help. They was all nice and knew the different in clothes which made it easy for me to find what I like. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I went into the new store Tuesday. Travis was the one who helped me. Not only was he extremely helpful. He's the reason I'll be back.. Thank you Travis. He deserves a raise and or promotion

Love the service here. Super helpful employees help me find a good fit. And they will hem their jeans if they are too long. My wife is 4'10" so this service comes in handy. I also love the jeans here. They fit great and they have great style! You get what you pay for, IMO.

Amazing Customer Service!

I didn't expect to be treated so nicely after having the worst experience at a different store. I visited this location in the New Gate Mall on Tuesday for the first time after being turned away from Express because they wanted to close early. When I explained to Teliana what I was looking for and what had happened, Teliana jumped right in to help me and got me the perfect outfit. She showed me everything that would fit my needs for the event I was going to.

Today, I have the same experience at the same store and found myself back at Buckle looking for an outfit for an A-list event. Now I wasn't hopeful as this was more of a fancier event but I knew they would be able to help me and Isabella did! Isabella found the perfect sweater that was just fancy enough, and even when I told her I had pants, she still brought me a pair of perfect BKE jeans that, I still don't' know how she did it but FIT ME PERFECTLY! She even brought me shoes to try on and found a perfect BKE hound's-tooth jacket to complete my look!

The customer service that was displayed by Teliana and Isabella definitely didn't go un-noticed or appreciated! This store has turned me into a Buckle fan and will get my business from here on out!

I want to thank each of the employee's that took time and dedicated their service to finding me the right outfit even if this store wasn't my first option, it will be now!

Jasper was so helpful, he helped me find the jeans that worked best for me and gave me options according to what I like to wear, I will definitely be coming back because of him. Amazing work ethic incredible to watch!

We went to the buckle in Newgate Mall and it was phenomenal. Taylor helped it was so fun and enjoyable. Taylor was funny kind and so helpful. Just because of her happiness and energetic attitude made my day. I don't like shopping that much but she made it so fun.

Absolutely Love this clothing store! Great selection of clothes, shoes and accessories for women and men. They carry Rock Revival, Miss Me, Daytrip, Crash and Burn, Affliction, BKE and several other brands. Their selection of jeans, shirts and accessories is large and great. I buy most all my jeans here, they have a seamstress in store, do hems and fix most all problems with clothing or replace the item. No other place around us offer a clothing guarantee but Buckle does. Clothing is higher priced but you get warranty /guarantee and their jeans are built to last. I've had rhinestones and buttons replaced on some of jeans over the years and I had a pair rip at the back pocket seam and they replaced the pair with new jeans. Well worth the money too. They have good sales once in a while and clearance deals. Their shoes and boots are very durable and last. Usually have a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge selection of shirts, both women and men. They also carry some fragrances that are really nice. I recommend this place for sure.

I want to give a huge shout out to Jasper he was truly amazing and so is the rest of his staff my son is so small that he is in junior high he cannot wear anything that is appropriate for his age and for the style that’s going on in junior high and he truly help my son out so much to make him feel like he fit in and he wasn’t an outcast any longer thank you so much to the staff if anyone is looking to help their kids if they’re small and petite go there they are amazing and they will always help fit you into what you need thank you so much Jasper and also the stuff that helped out

Very helpful, in fact they special ordered a shirt I had seen on a mannequin within the store, since it was the only one left and the wrong size. It was delivered to my home for free and quickly.

Their staff can't be beat.

Best Store Ever I highly recommend this store to anyone all the great name brand s and up to date newest styles and very helpful and convenient workers willing to see you they your shopping experience if you sign up that day and get a card they will take a percentage off your purchase and give u free tailoring on there products such as pants

I go to buckle in the newgate mall. I love the clothes, the people that work there are great. I buy 90% of my clothes there because of style and quality.

Great clothes and accessories for both Men and Women. One of the only places I can go in and find clothes I actually like. Love their products!!!

Employees are always pleasant and go out of their way to see that you are satisfied.
