I ordered my shutters from the Windows department. Charlotte was absolutely amazing to work with. She submitted to have the third party come out and measure my windows and pick out styles. The guy gave me their quote and sent it back to Charlotte, she then called me and with the sale JCPenney had, it cut the original quote way down. I wish I would have been approved for the card to make payments but will have to work on my credit. We paid for it and she sent the order in. They were custom made to fit my Windows so she told me it would take 3 or 4 weeks (I don’t remember) but to our delight they were done sooner. The same 3rd party company called and scheduled the appointment to install and they were amazing with measurements and very careful and mindful with bringing the shutters in and installing them with no damage to the shutters or our house. These shutters are absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. Definitely recommending JCPenney and Charlotte in Riverdale for blinds and shutters.

The employees were super nice and very helpful. The manager in women's helped me find just the right size and type of pants for my wife.

JCPenneys has a solid big and tall section. On the pricier side, but a good variety and the only place I could find the clothes to fit. Big and tall slacks, work shirts, gym attire, and casual wear.

Finally found gloria Vanderbilt Jean's. I think Penny's is the only store that carries that brand. Price is reasonable.

Excellent customer service at the jewelry counter. Bought a beautiful Shaquille O'NEAL gold chain and the price was a steal. Thanks for putting up with me 😊

This store and location in Riverdale puts shame to the one in the Layton Hills Mall. I'm IMPRESSED with how fully stocked the clothing racks, jewelry department and much more.

They had a really good sale where I purchased a three piece suit, dress shoes, and two belts for only $127. They always have nice things when I go in.

Jamie is such an amazing stylist. She’s passionate about hair and makes sure her clients are top priority. Her eye for detail is amazing she is a perfectionist when it comes to hair and it shows. My hair has never looked and felt this healthy!

I find some amazing deals here! I can't believe how much they mark things down. Got $100 curtain for 10 bucks. Wow!

This store has so many options and I love that. I do wish it was a little more clear as to what is juniors vs adults and business cause they have it all. Their sale sections are great. I also wish they carried a lot more big and tall clothing. They carry it online which is great, but it's nice to pick it up when I go.

Willow is the best stylist at this salon!! I have curly dry hair and she slays this layered look every time!! Not to mention she always does her signature curls that are unmatched!! Getting a spot in this girl’s chair is honestly the highlight of my day!!

Fantastic experience! Found AMAZING clothes for the whole family, got a great deal and my loyalty rewards really helped. The facilitators were so accommodating, and then did a product swap and lady in the back was very gracious about the situation.

Love the St. John's bay line of clothing! Went in looking for my favorite shirts and it seemed they were out. (Sad face) Then that's when I met Taeya! She displayed some of the best customer service I have received in a long time from any store. She made sure my needs were met and went above and beyond to go look in the back for my size shirt! This woman deserves some kind of an award for her Superior customer service and kindness. Taeya you are one of a kind! Thank you!

This was my first time visiting this location. I was in need of a new two-piece suit. We found the section of the store and began browsing, but I wasn't sure what my options were or what would work best. Then came an associate named Larry.

To say he was a great help is an understatement. He not only helped me find a great colored suit, but he measured me and helped me try different sizes to find the best fit. Not only did I find a great suit, he was able to recommend a great shirt too.

If you need a suit and you're going to this location. Find Larry! He's immensely helpful and made my experience phenomenal.

The lady at the returns and exchange counter was so sweet and helpful.
