Quality Inn

Took a road trip with a friend down to Gresham from Washington for Thanksgiving. We decided to stay the night and chose Quality Inn and were so happy we chose this Hotel. They have the nicest rooms and are pet-friendly. Got up early for breakfast and was greeted by this amazing lady named Gina 🥰 she made me feel so welcome and comfortable with my dog while we sat and had breakfast

Great hotel to stay at when taking road-trips to see family. A few years ago they had a bar/restaurant but it’s closed as of 2023. Very little toiletries are provided but the rooms are spacious and clean. If your looking for a comfortable short stay I would definitely recommend this place. The pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm. They also have guest laundry and a workout area and breakfast in the morning which provides simple cereal, yogurt, waffles, and juice. No dairy free options with boiled eggs.

Great room rates! The breakfast is free! The front desk offers toothbrush, soaps, deodorant, etc… so if you are like me and forgot any of those it was free! Very accommodating hotel! The bed and pillows were comfortable as well! The pool/hotub is indoor as well! Will return!

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Rooms were clean. No funky smells, which I am very sensitive to. Gina and Courtney that ran the morning breakfast are Allstars. So kind, and both of them went above and beyond to make sure our entire family was satisfied and had what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again. Also the pool was nice and clean.

We've been staying here 2 nights/mo, every month for 3 years and it's Devon & staff that keeps us coming back. They all deserve a raise 👏 The location is great, the price is good and the staff is amazing.

My dad got a room here for 2 days while he was in town and it served it purpose. The room was clean the place was quiet. The pool was nice it cooled us all off. Breakfast in the morning was good. There was a lady named Gina and she was the nicest lady there she deserve a raise she kind, friendly and a lovely person to chat with. Overall I would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn in Gresham. Rooms were very clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Ample parking areas with good lighting - felt safe to us. Breakfast was okay but very basic. Overall, I would recommend this Quality Inn. Be careful not to confuse it with Days Inn a few blocks away ( which we do not recommend!!!)

The best part of our stay was Bethany, the desk associate who was so kind and personable and helpful with so many little things that made our stay comfortable and happy. We felt welcome and at home, not just hotel guests. Gina at breakfast was amazingly nice, personable and friendly. That woman works hard with a great attitude and a smile to match and and really had a sixth sense about customer needs. It really was a breath of fresh air in the morning when we came down hungry and in desperate need of coffee. Those two woman made us feel at home. I don't know how else to describe it other than to say that they were "genuine" people and made us feel welcome and that our needs were important.

We came here for a getaway. The location is a quiet area, at least we didn't hear anything. The rooms were clean and the staff was curious and helpful. The parking was good and the parking lot was clean and picked up.

We feel like we can recommend this place.

Was very thankful to have revived excellent service from the Quality Inn in Midland. Having booked at the Comfort Inn who have a misleading Pet Friendly indication on their website and would not allow cats we needed to find a place for the night. The agent at the Quality Inn was extremely helpful as my fiancé was beside herself in tears and we were able to get an excellent room that met all our needs. I highly recommend that anyone thinking of staying in Midland book at the Quality Inn!

I spent a lot of time reading reviews of affordable hotels in the Portland area, which seemed tricky because Portland has gotten a little rough. The Gresham area is definitely safer than Portland outskirts. This hotel is clean and has all the basics.

I really like this place. Even though you enter your room from the in the building, you don't feel like you're being noticed coming or going. The staff are all really nice. They take good care of the rooms. Getting new towels or bedding is easy and quick. The price meets my expectations.

I booked through a third party so I was able to get a pretty reasonable price for what this location offers. The room was very spacious and everything met my expectations. The whole hotel was very quiet and well-kept. Front of house staff was really top notch and friendly. It's easy to get to / enter and exit. I'd definitely come back.

We stayed for several weeks recently due to an unexpected family emergency. The hotel staff made a stressful time easier by being friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Devin and Alex at the front desk for their exceptional customer service. Also thanks to the housekeeping staff for taking care of our needs while being friendly and non-intrusive. Rooms are clean and bright with minifridges, there is fresh coffee in the lobby until evening, a complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning, and there is also a workout room, pool (which was closed during our stay due to Covid), and laundry facilities. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you, Quality Inn!

The place is super clean first off. The king size bed was beautiful and comfortable in a huge room. The hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained. The best part was the breakfast! It's free and it's amazing! Bacon, sausage, eggs, make your own waffle, yogurt, cereal, fruit, danishes, juices, a variety of nice coffees, and the people tending all of this, in a small dining room, were so courteous and accommodating. I haven't experienced great customer service like this in a long time. This place is a gem.

Clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The front desk has some of the nicest employees I've ever met in any hotel.

Comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could have used the hot tub and pool. They both looked very nice. The breakfast was very hot and delicious. I was surprised to have my coffee refilled and the tables were cleared quickly. Service was way beyond expectations. My only complaint was that the elevator was very slow so I used the stairs more. Plenty of parking and comfortable lobby.

Got the room last minute when passing through. Mentioned that to the front desk and needed to do laundry. Nice kid checking us in gave us a room almost across from the laundry. Small thing but really appreciated when your traveling with 5 people. Hotel was clean and safe, nice place for a quick stop over.

Just a very clean and well maintained motel. Best Motel in the area for price and accommodations I think. I could tell immediately when I walked in for check-in that the management of this motel truly cares about its guests. When I arrived in my room I was not disappointed and had a very restful /relaxing stay. If ever I'm back in the Portland area, this will by my motel of choice.
