AT&T Store

We had a wonderful experience at the AT&T shore. Our customer service gentleman, Joeskar was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient. I had many questions and he took the time to answer. The only employees were also nice.

Logan at the Gainesville Tx store was very knowledgeable, professional and informative on everything we asked. He was very pleasant to do business with. We will definitely not be going to the Sherman Tx store anymore. They are very rude and hateful there! Thank you again Logan for helping us!

Victor at AT&T in Gainesville reviewed my phone plan and helped me remove services I no longer needed. He introduced even more savings with autopay. Cut my phone bill significantly!!

We had a great experience at the AT&T store in Gainesville TX. When we first arrived on Friday evening we were greeted promptly. Gage helped us get our new phones, showing us the colors available and accessories needed. Today I had to go back with an issue getting my data to transfer (I have a lot of notes, voice memo's and pictures) the young man ( sorry I didn't get his name. Young Hispanic bilingual man who didn't wear a Samsung shirt, lol the others had one on, said he felt left out) was top notch. He did a great job resolving my issue. I highly recommend this shop and the staff were all friendly.
We actually were going to just look at our options for upgrading, but these guys made it so effortless we walked out in less than an hour with two new phones.

Very happy with the AT&T store off of Hwy 82 in Gainesville! The representative, Kari, assisted me in upgrading my phone and helped me change my phone plan to save money. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this store!

Sebastian was wonderful helping me upgrade my phone, beside the little wait before being helped (which I completely expected on a Sunday after a new iPhone release) I was in and out in about 20 minutes with my new phone set up ready to go. I appreciate him being so sweet and quick to get me setup :)

Ralph did a great job getting me into a much needed new phone, he took time to explain everything I was paying for and what I would be charged. Very friendly and clean environment with great customer service. Ralph is definitely my go to man from now on!

We were helped immediately. Our salesman answered every question and quickly set us up with what we needed. He was personable but didn't waste time chatting without working. He explained how to use parental controls and family sharing. We left with a new line, 2 new phones, cases and screen protectors in about an hour. I can't imagine it going any smoother.
He wore his mask correctly and used hand sanitizer appropriately.

This is the best customer service i've ever received! Logan Smith was amazing! He is the prime example of how you should take care of clients. He made it very simple for me to get my Router and it works amazing with me being in the country. By far it was worth the wait, if i had to wait a couple of hours to have that great of customer service i would have done it all over again! Thank you Logan! i'll definitely be back to get a new phone soon.
