Fun work environment. I really enjoy working here! After 20 years in trucking in various positions, I was pleasantly surprised to see Owner Ops making same or better money while home daily or every other day with weekends off. Unlike big carriers HLB does not nickle and dime the Owner Ops with fees. Very transparent!

Good company.

This company is AWFUL. The drivers think they are entitles to park anywhere they please for extended time periods. The first time, I called to ask them to move the truck. They stated that the man's father had died and he was out of the country. They kindly moved the truck. Then today, the truck is back. Understand this private property, a shopping center, that has signs posted at each entrance stating no overnight parking and no 18 wheelers. So I called, and the lovely lady that answered screamed "Lady, this is next to a gas station" which is not relevent. She hung up on me. I was nice enough to call a 2nd time but can promise that I won't call a 3rd time. It is apparent that this company is terrible and anyone would see that I did them a huge favor by calling in the first place. This happened at 10:00 a.m. on April 9th. Awful people and an awful company.

Awful place. Immediately after the Trump Tax Cuts the couple that own this place Kelly and Brooks said they were now paying drivers to much and cut our pay almost in half which took about $600 a week away from us local drivers. They gave the LH guys a whopping .03 cents per mile raise.

Terrible drivers. A driver almost ran me over Wednesday on hwy30 between Greenville and Sulphur springs. Called the company and the manager acted like it was no problem. Wow way to care about people
