Walmart Supercenter

I had to pick up a prescription for my Wife and Ms. Lashun in Pharmacy took great care of me even though the lady in front of me was acting kind of mean to her. Not only did she continue to help her with a smile but took good care of me and got me in and out quickly. With good customer service being rare these days, it was a very refreshing interaction and I wanted someone in management to know. Great job Walmart!!!

Outstanding store (like all the other Walmart stores all over US & Canada I used for the last 30 yrs). The merchandise selection, staff's friendliness, the store atmosphere and specially the customer service's helpful and caring attitude going the extra mile, i.e. manager Rocky) are a validation of my Walmart's great experiences.

Cedar Hill Walmart on Uptown Blvd.Associate “Kevon “ and other gentlemen in automotive department are awesome. I needed my signal light replaced . Kevon was prompt ,attentive and professional. He got me in and out and back to work !Thank you so much. I’ll be back for sure.👍🙏

Went in for a couple of items on our trip. Clean, organized, helpful employees. Fresh flowers were so beautiful! Fruits & Veggies were delicious!

What if this was $100.00 bill and they did this. Walmart could easily be passing around counterfeit bills and ain't nothing can be done about it according to this manager. My visits here today was NOT satisfactory and I need help understanding why I was treated this way. I came in made a purchase on register 26 between 5 , 5:30 me the even 6 and the cashier rung me up gave me my change and when doing so I said sorry mamn I don't want this 5 bill you just gave me it looks all faded and etc. She was closing her drawer as I am saying this . SHE said go right there to customer service and they will assist you so I did.. while I am speaking to Rocky the manager. I explained to him that I just came from register 26 and she gave me a funny looking 5 bill for my change and I did not want it..i did not want to leave out the store with the money. While I am talking a man at the lottery machine hear the manager Rocky telling me that he could not assist me that I would have to keep the 5 bill that the cashier just gave me because she closed her drawer. The man say Mamn I have 5 dollars you can take this one and I will take it and play the lottery with it..just looks like someone washed it a few times he tries to put the money in the machine and the machine kicks the money back out .He tried about 2 or 3 times and it would not take it. We both turn to the manager and say see the machine will not take it. ROCKY the manager tells me I would have to step over to the bank or make another transaction in order for them to exchange the 5 dollar bill that they had just given me. I had to make another purchase just to get them to exchange money that they have just given to me. I am making the compliant because Wal-Mart does not care about their customers. Wal-Mart acts like they are pushing fake money around and making the customers keep the money. I never left the store, I was still in the cashier site. She vouched for me saying she had just given me the money but her register was closed and she could not open it up. Then another customer comes behind me and she is ringing him up and I asked the manager could you assist her with exchanging the 5 dollar bill now since she now has a customer and he still said no he could not. Like I just would have to keep the money or make another purchase. So I chose to make another purchase and audio record the entire situation. I want to have this looked into I did not want to spend anymore money with Wal-Mart in order for them to exchange the 5. Bill that they have just given to me.i have the entire recording but it will only allow me to upload clips of it. This is very poor customer service..Was Wal-Mart right or wrong? I have added clips of the conversation somewhere around here.

Clean! Easy to use very large machines for large loads that can be washed and dried quicker than I could do at home! Affordable!

Love this location. The employees are super nice, especially Chauncey who was the greeter today 10/22/23. They had a good amount of items in stock and everything was easy to find.

Huge. Holy Jesus; It's got everything! I personally have not been in a big one like this, wow. We are from San Diego California ya'll, we do not have a Walmart this big. I was impressed with a few things in this Walmart, 1, the staff are kind and helpful. 2, the mega store is clean and organized and well lit up. I recommend this store for you, you are going to like it.

Clean and Sanitized store. Organized Shelf's Fully stocked. My Preferred Brands were Fully Stocked on an Organized Shelf and Very Easy to Find. I was Greeted with a Welcoming Smile and a Very Friendly Gentleman Named Sunday. I usually go through the self checkout because I cannot find an available cashier but I was able to find at least one employee ready to ring me up.

Clean store. Friendly staff and wow the store is staged so nicely. Good thing about living in Dallas: When the Cowboys are playing the store is a ghost town...Best time to shop lol

Walmart has created a much more modern design to the whole store. If you can't find what you are looking for, just as an employee. They are sympathetic to the fact that everything has been rearranged and can help you locate what you're looking for. The store is cleaner, and they are keeping the cart wipes filled now. I love their new grocery carts with the cup holders. Oh, they also have a bunch more do- it - your- self checkouts to make things go a lot faster.

The young man who brought out our groceries was awesome. He was courteous, professional, and had great customer service.

I love the way this Walmart is set up so neat and organized.

It's another Walmart to shop in. They have very helpful staff at this location. And the staff inside the bank are just awesome and a great team!

I got everything that I needed and wanted. Only one thing, I had to wait to long to check out, I have problems with my
vision but still I understand, I just have to wait.

Staff was pleasant & friendly; the store looks and smells like a Department Store. I bought more items than I came for because it was so pleasant.
