Albertsons

3 3 24 went shopping got several items got to the register and the cashier kept overcharging me for the digital items and ringing up more items than I had. The customer service lady came over to help and my cashier made 2 fists and walked off very angry. I was still overcharged and ended up having to go to customer service and they had to refund me over 24 dollars. I hope they watch the camera and see how I was treated.. I am in a wheelchair and cannot walk. I don't know why I was treated the way I was. The customer Service they showed me was ridiculous 🙄 😒 😑 😤

The savings are amazing and this Albertsons is very clean. You got to make sure you download the app to get the best out of your money! Today I bought 21 items including 8 pounds of dungeoness crab and only spent a $108 after savings in discounts.

I have to say that I'm pleased to have visited this particular store and it's location. New to Texas! This is neatness/ cleanest store I've been in. I'm living in Mansfield and I traveled to this particular store and location...if that don't speak volume. Met the head lady in charge while shopping! She's the sweetest person ever....thank you guys! Ohh I forgot to mention the young guy that worked on 8_2/23...produce area!! Hands down the most respectful and kind young man ever!!! I love it! ❤

My Favorite Store, who recognizes that the entire population does not work for them. Cashiers are always available, checking yourself out is not forced on you. Sales are great. Managers are readily available, Staff from Deli to Meat to Sweets and Floor are knowledgeable and courteous...❤ 😍

I'm a DoorDasher and shop this store daily. Majority of employees are very kind and helpful.

Albertsons is the neighborhood supermarket/ store. That having been said: They have updated the store layout ( wider, longer aisles) and placed most of the refrigerated/ chilled items behind glass doors. They have expanded both the ready to eat section ( lunch and dinner selections) and the organic section.

The floral section is always a standout, with colorful, affordable arrangements and their baloon offerings is eyecatching: with sentiments available in English and Spanish.

The fresh fish counter has various well merchandised selections.

You have both checker and self checkout as an option and they donot skimp on the checkers either: They are pleasant and speedy. You are always greeted warmly.

But the bigger draw for me is management. The same faces that you remember, Remember you. There is a stability to this location that is welcome. Ample parking. Like I said: Its the neighborhood supermarket.

Managed lines, found red plates, all of which you might not expect on Christmas eve!

I love this store! It's always clean and well stocked. Wish the prices were better though. Enjoy!

Always, has the best fresh food. However, Their prices are out of this world. I am now a big favorite of the Big red grate value pkg of paper towels & Tissue for $10 bucks...$5 dollars each at least that makes me feel better.

Very helpful employees. I grabbed some firewood from the front (which was heavy) before I walked in and an observant employee took it from me and put it in a cart for me. I thought that was so thoughtful.

Edited for my most recent visit: One lady there was working both the customer service counter and a checkout. I was in a handicapped cart and was waiting at the checkout for someone to show up. The next checker who was very sweet told me I had to wait for the lady at the customer service counter. So I waited. And waited. Finally she checked me out. Someone else got in line behind me. I asked her if she would help me get the bags into the cart. Instead of having the NEXT person wait a few seconds (after I had waited much longer) she began checking out the next person. I told her I was upset about it all and she just said "hey. Sometimes things happen" Stinky attitude. Every other person who has checked me out has willingly helped me put the bags in my cart. I want to give a virtual hug to the checker on the other lane who was sweet and Richard, who followed me out and put my things in the car. Those two will keep me coming to Albertson's. The other lady, not so much. Thank you, Richard.

The manager has really stepped it up. The remodel looks great...airy and fresh. Shelves were stocked or being restocked and glad you brought back self checkout. Love having the option. Keep up the good work!

We decided to switch grocery stores and I had to go pick up just a couple quick items. However, I recently sprained my knee and got a sunburn, so I couldn’t wear my knee brace. I was limping really bad and my knee buckled on me twice while grabbing my my couple items. I had a random customer run over to me to make sure I was ok and if I needed help. I then was almost done and I was in tears by this time from pain. I had 2 employees come over to me asking if I was ok, how they could help. Everybody was extremely nice and so helpful! I’m very grateful there are still awesome people out there willing to help a random stranger!

I love buying my meat from this Albertson's. Oscar keep it fresh

Albertsons has always been a favorite spot for shopping for fresh fruit fresh meats and you can always find digital clip coupons which helps out a lot.
And don't forget the fruit Melody bowls 3 for $12.

I went in at the cedar hill locations and was going to get a couple of trimmed briskets and they were out and we were having people all over for Easter and the guy that works in the meat department name Homer said he could cut me two of them and they were busy and he went above to make sure I was taken care of and said anytime I need anything just ask him, I love buying my meat there because everything is fresh and been cut not none of this stuff that the others are doing, thanks for the hard work Homer your are awesome!!!

Kudos to all that work there. Management here should be very proud of their employees . Any issues I've ever had here were always fixed immediately with no questions asked . Love the new make-over and the cleanliness and tidiness of the store . Glad they now have self check out ...

Just completed my Thanksgiving grocery shopping, and Albertson's had every single item I needed! The store employees look wiped out, and I want them to know I APPRECIATE them. There were plenty of employees working and I had zero wait for a register.
