Ai Sushi Sake Grill

The sushi here were amazing. I really enjoyed the experience at this restaurant.
I came almost 30’ before they closed. I was unsure if I’d be successful on submitting my order. However for my surprise the service was quick and the server was VERY nice. I could even eat there with not rush because they brought the order right away.
The rolls were delicious. I got the sexy roll, the crunchy roll and fried rice. I recommend it!

I’ve been getting this to-go on DoorDash for a while and been blown away with the quality of the rolls here. The beef gyoza is also amazing. I finally made it out to the restaurant to have it served fresh… honestly, best sushi eating experience of my life. This place is *q u a l i t y*. 100% worth your time.

Very fun sushi rolls! We also did the edamame, and the mackerel and eel nigiri; eel was great but the mackerel was meh and the edamame needed a bit more salt. Other than that the rolls were awesome. We did the daisy roll, the wow roll, and the crunch roll. The crunch roll had a bit too much of the tempura crunch but other than that the rolls were delicious. Will definitely return for random roll selections.

We, my daughters and I, had a great experience at Ai Sushi!! We came by after trick-or-treating on Halloween night. Our server was Nate and he was very genuine with a positive personality! Thanks for a wonderful experience at Ai Sushi!! Btw, the food was great!!

Pretty good American-style Japanese. There are some nice less common, more authentic dishes, but it's actually all quite tasty and made with good quality! I'm a little bit of a food snob so when I'm looking for Sushi, I want something that's not a mountain of toppings, but rather something more authentic, but just knowing that going in, it's not Uchi, but it's still good nonetheless.

Cozy place, great saki and divine food. The staff are wonderfully pleasant. We had 2 sushi rolls, 2 shareable sakis, the Kalbi Bento and fried crab... Our bill was less than $100. I will be back many times.

This is our second experience at Ai Sushi and it has become our go to place when visiting from Austin. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The wait staff is very friendly and we always enjoy our conversations with them. The shrimp tempura roll and the king crab roll are especially good. It is convenient since they stay open late and have limited free parking which we have been lucky enough to get both times. We will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Dallas.

This place is my go to when it comes to sushi. The business is clean and the wait staff is very friendly and prompt.
The sushi chefs are very talented and can make the best Nigiri and Rolls that I have had in the area. The mackerel is very good, fresh and marinated in vinegar and salt to bring out the best flavors. The Tuna and salmon is always fresh here. They import scallops from Japan and the Nigiri scallop here is seared and tastes perfect.
They get fresh sushi from California (farmed) or even Japan here so you know it is gonna taste great.
Even the ginger they serve is better than most, it is not the general (pink) and overly saturated to be flavorless, Ai sushi has fresh and very good ginger.
Overall I love this place everytime I have come, try it out! You wont be disappointed.

Amazing Japanese restaurant in Dallas! The service was super friendly and attentive, we were pleasantly surprised. Loved the menu, they have rice less rolls for people watching their carbs. The quality of their fish is great which makes for tasty nigiris. I really recommend.

This place is great! First time I visited and I felt very welcome here. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and informative. Great happy hour specials too! Go! You won't be disappointed!

wonderful and warm service, family owned and operated. more fusion type. fish there is always very fresh regardless of which day you go which is not always the case with some other japanese restaurants. I go there often for food and the service/staff.

Food is always great and comes out fast! I have yet to try a sushi roll I don’t like and the orange chicken is always yummy! The cocktails are worth the price and the service is always polite and fast.

Great experience tonight. The sushi was so fresh and delicious. The insides is simple with a nice vibe. Service was great and attentive. This is our new spot for sushi. Oh, pro tip, get a quail egg shooter.

I just landed in Dallas from a business trip and I was having late night cravings. To my surprise, they were one of the few sushi restaurants opened after 9PM. The sushi was fresh, the staff was attentive and professional, the most importantly the food was delicious. I’d highly recommend this place.

Went with a big group of 14 people and we got great service and great food. Even the first time sushi eaters were happy with the experience. There were cooked options for those who weren't interested in sushi. Overall, great experience. Definitely recommend. (Please give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.)

Tried Ai out for the first time on NYE which also happens to be my wedding anniversary, and we were extremely pleased! Great interiors- modern but still maintains a Japanese feel. Perfect size. Greeted immediately. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We had excellent sake-- our new favorite, actually. Sushi and sashimi were excellent. Well prepared with attention to detail, and priced appropriately. I would highly recommend coming here if you want a really good, nice (but not ridiculous or tedious) Japanese sushi experience. We drove from Plano and it was very much worth the drive. Excellent!!
