Like coming into the store to shop and buy. Always greeted with a smile and a nice “Hello” and asked what they can help me find. Seems Chad is the guy who always helps me from beginning thru checkout. He’s always ready with a smile and answers guestion with ease.

My husband and I love shopping here. The customer service is always exceptional, the prices are reasonable, and the leather section is awesome. We are never disappointed.

Stopped by while visiting Dallas to check out the store. Was greeted by a staff member quickly who offered a few great suggestions and was very friendly and helpful.

Underwear and clothing are expensive, but you're paying for the brand name, so that's to be expected.

This place was a real joy to buy from! We spent over an hour, tried on many garments, asked a ton of questions about various items and was assisted in an over-the-too way at every turn. I don’t know the guy’s name but the bear w the beard gave us an A1 customer experience. Another cute employee came to work while we were there and kindly greeted us as well. I don’t get all the negative reviews! This was my first experience in Oaklawn as I am from out of state. Comparing experiences w the place across the street, this place offers much better products and a much more inclusive “lifestyle scene”. A+ coming from a guy with over 100 reviews. The idiots giving this place terrible reviews have less than 10.

Great selection of Andrew Christian, and a ton of sizes and colors. Not to mention enough Pride stuff to make a unicorn poop glitter! I've spent a lot of money here, and I'll continue to do so.

Very organized clean well kept. The owner I meet for the first time had told me all about his company store how he started what he sells and how he is extremely customer service orientated.

Very nice staff and great assortment of men's under clothing.

Sometimes a bit pricey on certain items but always a great selection.
