I don’t understand all the negative reviews, because this Krogers is great! I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and they have gone out of their way to help me even without me requesting assistance. The store is well stocked, reasonably priced, and clean. Highly recommend!

I love this store. It is the most affordable grocery store I have ever between to in my life. They donate tons of items to assist the homeless through the Cathedral of Hope. It is a fun place to people watch. The pharmacy is usually pretty fast,

I did a Instacart self-checkout today around 5:35 PM and I was having issues so I needed help from the staff like 3 times. The lady working self checkout was very attentive and courteous. I’ll be doing my own personal shopping here now too.

Always convenient and in stock of the items I'm looking for. Also has great sales and low prices pretty much all the time.

I came here for Valentines Day and seen a balloon I really wanted but it was the only one available and out of reach . Adrianna in the florist department went above and beyond to make sure I got the balloon and did it with a smile on her face . Thank you Adrianna

The store is easy to access and there are lots of produce and fruits at discounts and there are many other items to browse.

Every time I come to this location the self-checkout cashier is always nice. When I buy a large amount of groceries and check out in the bigger checkout line, they always help me bag my groceries.

Arrived from Europe two weeks ago, went to that store several times, staff always nice and cordial. Each time.

It's always great shopping with fresh cut meat selection.

Y’all get five stars from me due to carrying Antone’s Po’ Boys in your grab n’ go case. First time seeing it out here as I’m used to only finding it in Houston. THANK YOU for stocking these!!!

Love the electronic coupons and sales! But the fresh produce (grapes, berries and bananas) keep me coming back.

Today, Brittany was an ANGEL! The store is all self checkouts which I wasn’t prepared for. My newborn was screaming, I had a cart full of stuff and was extremely frazzled. Brittany came out of nowhere (she wasn’t even in that area) and offered to scan my stuff while I held my baby. Literally a godsend because I was going to leave all of my stuff there. More of the staff should try having compassion like Brittany, because everyone else just stood and watched.

I just moved to the Oak Lawn area and can quickly walk to this store! I was leery about it due to its shabby outside appearance, but don't let that fool you...The produce is always fresh, crisp, stocked, and neat! The aisles and interior are always immaculate, clean, and super organized! Some of the employees have been a little snide but I totally understand...I couldn't do their difficult job being mildly autistic and all!

I ordered for pick-up today and one of my bags didn't make it out to me. I didn't realize it until I got home, but immediately sent an email to customer service. Within a few hours, a representative named Deneisha responded with a credit for my missing items. This experience was the definition of fantastic customer service. Well done, Kroger, and thank you Deneisha for the prompt resolution.

A good Kroger in a pretty populated area. You can find most things here. Staff are nice.

I went through the express lane yesterday. The supervisor Vincent was training someone new I believe her name was Nicole. They were both very pleasant and ask how my day was going. I enjoyed my experience. I was able to find everything I needed. As I was going to the parking lot the security guard said , "Hello!" and asked if everything was alright. I appreciate everyone's kindness and the quality products.

Great In-stock. Fresh produce and deli seafood and meat excellent. Staff the best.

Angelic an employee at Krogers was the sweetest kindness most helpful associate I have ran across in my 57 years of shopping. She is most definitely Management Material. Im from Oklahoma City and have never been to a Kroger, she guided me through and was so informative of the store and the location of products. Very patient and again, SO KIND. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANGELIC......it was a rough day!!! God bless you !!!

I have used Kroger delivery service for a year now but had the best experience today!

Must tell everyone about my Instacart shopper and delivery person today. My service person's name was Dionte C:

1. Located at Kroger Cedar Springs or Maple store
2. Selection of food items were the best, first time in a year
3. All food selections were fresh and prefect
4. Great personality

Just wanted every on to know, Dionte C rocks!

There's history here, people!!! Really pleasant history! Not to mention... Totally the place to see some incredibly good looking folks walking around, filling their carts and baskets, mostly with a smile on their faces!

Tip: not the best cell phone reception in the store... So don't freak out if you get a dropped call or 4. 😊
