Hi Bassett Furniture Store! Travelled to Texas to look for living room furniture and happened upon Teri and Bassett! Teri was amazing, kind, patient, honest…all things worthy of incredible service! Not only did she help us decide on exactly what would be best - when we doubted ourselves once we were back in La - she sent us to Tyler, Tx where we met Dana who turned out to be incredible help! We can’t wait to get the furniture we ordered and have every intention of shopping for other rooms in our house with Bassett, Teri and Dana! Highly recommend their assistance in making your house a home!

Of all the people we’ve worked with over the years to help us choose our design direction, Brad was the best! Working with him was fun and easy. He’s talented and more than willing to share his opinion vs waiting for me to decide. I love everything and waffle too much so it really helps to have that type of support.

We loved our recent Bassett experience and look forward to working with Brad again and again.

What a wonderful experience we had working with Teri Simpson at Bassett! She helped us not only with a new sectional, chairs and rug but also with a paint color that perfectly matched these items!! We love all of our new furniture and have enjoyed working with such a patient and kind person like Teri!!

Teri was excellent in helping me find the style of furniture we needed. She knew immediately where to point me to in finding the right pieces and rugs to match and she made the overall process simple and easy. We are very pleased with our new furniture and service was great.

My family and I came into the store with hopes of finding the perfect family sofa/sectional that would work with our unique space. Keke greeted us with her kind smile and warm demeanor. She is highly knowledgeable in color schemes and best fabrics for families. Keke was patient, listened intently and really brought us home exactly what we were looking for. Her commitment and communication through out the entire process was wonderful, and we felt good about our investment in a quality sectional that will last us years of family time, comfortably cuddle up watching movies or playing games in the living room. Teri did an amazing job helping us design our home! She helped us design our dream home and was really helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her if you are “stuck” in the design process. She made the process incredibly easy and was always available whenever we had questions or needed help.

As an individual on the East Coast, my Bassett journey between in-store and online lead me to an employee named Keke at this store.

She worked skillfully to get my order placed and handled. When any issues arose, she and Mike the manager worked diligently on my behalf to resolve it in a timely manner.

When ordering from Bassett in the future, ill be giving this store a call and not the ones near me. Thank you again.

Was visiting from out of town, decided to stop in and look. Keke was amazing, she helped us in picking out furniture for a few rooms of our house and sat with us and designed the rooms as well. Definitely recommend, she even did a few zoom calls to see the house and get design ideas. She was amazing!

Being a couple who seems to have a very difficult time making decisions, changing up our den that has been the same for 30 years we were so fortunate to find Keke ! She patiently worked with us to make a huge change in color and furnishings. She took the time to not only help us in Dallas but also help us with a beach house!! We had all this going on about the same time and she carefully orchestrated what we needed for each house. Her ideas are wonderful and we love the new furniture. Wr are excited for future design help !!

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dionne Lester. She totally nailed the vision that we had for our room. She skillfully laid out pieces that brought new life to our space. We will be working on future projects with her and I strenuously encourage anyone to ask for her by name when you visit the store on Lovers Ln.

Buying a new house and decide on the right furniture can be challenging. However, we were lucky to work with Keke who guided us through the selection process so we were able to make a great selection. Keke is a great person to work with, really a blessed.

Our salesperson Lekien McFini was especially helpful and patient pulling fabric samples and providing thoughtful suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her! She’s a superstar!

Keke was fantastic… she helped us with our living room, dinning, foyer, and media room furnitures. She came over our house to take measurements and on the day the furnitures were delivered.. she was available.

Keke is our go to person at Bassett. Cannot recommend her enough. Picked up on our style immediately and suggested the perfect pieces. Will always come back to her.

I don't know if anyone from Bassett Furniture will see this but we have been waiting for 2 days for someone to call us back to schedule our delivery. We recieved a notification that our order was ready to be delivered on the 27th so we thought everything was good for our November 4th move in, but no one reached out to schedule so we called the store 2 days ago and they said the scheduling lady had to reach back out to us to schedule the delivery. We still have heard nothing and when I called customer service they said no one else in the entire company can schedule our delivery except for one person named Mindy. This is ridiculous. We needed our furniture now we are going to have sleep with a mattress on the floor for several days until this gets figured out. Can someone please fix this? This has been a terrible experience. We ordered from you because you promised this stuff would get delivered on time for our November 4th move in.

Terrible quality. Customer service’s excuse is always “that’s normal.”
