Last Sunday, Deana, our beloved dog Shadow, and I decided to explore the vibrant Knox Henderson area. Our adventure led us to the doorstep of CB2, and oh, what a delightful surprise awaited us!

From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that this wasn't your average home decor store. The atmosphere was electric – a live DJ was spinning upbeat tunes that made the floor seem alive. The energy was infectious, and we couldn't help but get swept up in the excitement.
The store itself was a visual feast. Every corner we turned revealed another beautifully curated display, showcasing CB2's unique and modern aesthetic. The furniture and decor items were not only stylish but also of high quality. I found myself mentally redecorating our home as we browsed through the aisles.

But what truly set this experience apart was the unexpected and delightful hospitality. Champagne was flowing, adding a touch of luxury and celebration to our shopping experience. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcomed and valued as customers.
Even Shadow seemed to enjoy the outing, receiving adoring glances and friendly pats from the staff and fellow shoppers. It's not often you find a place that's so welcoming to our furry friends.

Our visit to CB2 in Knox Henderson was more than just a shopping trip; it was a memorable experience. The lively atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and stunning collection of home goods have made me a fan. I've found my new go-to spot for home decor, and I can't wait to return. Best big furniture store in Dallas! I love basically everything in here & the showroom is impeccable. My boyfriend even loved it & we don’t agree on most design ideas. I definitely recommend stopping by.

Unique high quality products. This is Crate and Barrel 2; they have the same high quality as their parent store (Crate and Barrel), but they cater to a smaller footprint for apartments and small spaces. The furniture isn't cheap but when I look at the design and sit in the chairs, I feel the quality. Definitely not the same-old-same old. Quality over quantity. Stop by and browse and see for yourself.

We went to CB2 not really expecting much, but once we got in there we were greeted by, Sam, and let me tell you Sam is AWESOME! She has such a great design eye that she quickly was able to put together great furniture combinations that we would not have imagined. She took her time with us and was on a mission to help us find what we needed. Definitely ask for Sam when you go to CB2 because she'll help put together all the beautiful furniture that they have together for you in a way that it will make your house feel like a beautiful home :)

I have to admit that they do have more issues with their furnitures/ product than before and it is really frustrating to call and arrange a replacement for large items sometimes, but they ALWAYS make things right, really appreciate that despite nowadays there’s not many business are willing to do so.

Exceptional customer service. Alan Sides went above and beyond for our family. We live 4 hours away and he took his time to go look at the products measure them for me, give me his professional opinion on how they would fit with what we wanted.

My husband and I went to CB2 to find modern living room furniture for our new home. When we arrived to the store, we were greeted by Robin. Robin took us around the store to help us find the perfect sofa and chair for our living room. The processing time was quick and we received our furniture within 9 days. Robin did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend her if you ever decide to come here.

I love that they have x2 point month. The no interest financing and constant sales on floor model furniture. You get great stuff, it's eclectic like Cantoni without the price.

This location has lost some amazing employees over the last couple years. We’re lucky to still have Robin. She alway greets us with a smile, gives us an amazing experience, and provides a perfect balance of product and design recommendations! All of our CB2 pieces are great quality and in the one off event we have an issue they are quick to resolve! Go see Robin!

I’m a new customer to CB2 after seeing a friends apartment decorated with their items and immediately jumped online. I shopped online and enjoyed their curbside pick up. The process was seamless and the coworkers were beyond helpful. Once I checked out online, I received a confirmation email saying my items were ready for pickup. They had easy instructions to follow and the employees place the items in your car.

My first purchase was exactly as detailed on the website. Thanks CB2!

Super excited that this place exist! My fiancé and I are big supporters of the online store as part of the Crate and Barrel line and the prices are also more reasonable when your looking for that “C&B” quality without breaking the bank. It’s a small store, but spaced appropriately. Unique pieces to compliment your home and for a refresher. The staff is amazingly nice and very helpful too. Makes you feel comfortable being in there without the hassle of feeling like they are just trying to make a sale. Great experience overall.

I am so happy with my CB-2 experience!! The Sierra barstools came put together and they should up right on time for delivery and even the earliest part of the time window! They are even more beautiful and comfortable than I thought possible! Will be shopping here again!!

I love CB2 and especially this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Returns/exchanges are also completed with pleasure and they have always been able to order items for me that may not be in stock at the store.
