We had an amazing experience with Amy! She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The pieces here are beautiful and great quality, and the showroom has a large variety. We ended up ordering a sofa and recliner and are totally pleased with our purchase!

I was greeted by Cindy Chuang, the Design Associate! I asked about performance fabric and rub count of the fabric because I wanted a light-colored sofa for everyday use. I've looked at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie , Article, Rove Concept, etc. and if I tell you Room & Board has a great selection that can be customized to your home at a reasonable price, THEY DO! Cindy was patient with me and VERY knowledgeable about designing a space. She even helped me pick out decor and put it near the sofa so I could see the vision. I did not know I would walk into this store and find my dream sofa and decor to compliment it! You pay a flat rate for delivery which is great. I needed to change the delivery date and Thom, Mgr, was quick to accommodate! The communication has been great! I recommend you stop by and check out the showroom, you will not be disappointed!

Delivery: The delivery was flawless. Ceasar and Tony arrived on time (called ahead) and was very careful with my furniture and placing it where I asked. Cleaned up and took the boxes away! I also received a follow up email from Cindy! 5 stars!

I wish I knew about this place earlier. It’s a clash of modern and minimalist that stand out in every aspect. The staff was very kind and not overly attentive. I loved the ambiance and layout and will absolutely be designing my next properly entirely from here.

Great selection of high quality furniture along with some other home furnishings ans accessories. The staff is helpful and not super pushy. I was able to browse on my own without constantly being hassled and when I was ready, they were quick to assist.

My family and I decided to stop by Room & Board to look for a coffee table for our new living room set. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Liz. She went above and beyond to assist us with finding the perfect coffee table for our new living room set. We were so impressed with her service that we are now looking to purchase our dining room set at this store. If you ever visit this store, I highly recommend that you ask for Liz. She has a great eye for interior designing.

I worked with John in November to get all new living room and bedroom furniture for my new place. He was very helpful in giving opinions for colors, styles, etc. Even though I ordered a ton of furniture, it has all arrived ahead of schedule and it looks/feels incredible. My friends always comment on how "nice" the furniture is. In a nutshell, the quality of product and service is amazing.. i will be coming back in the future.

Definitely recommend. I was looking for sofa. I was deciding between Haverty's, Bassett, RH, and Room&Board. We decided to go with Room&Board because it was in our price range with comfortable seats. Thom was our designer, and we ordered Ford swivels and a Metro sectional. After waiting for a while, our order arrived! It. It had some issues. However, the customer service has been exceptional! It was far beyond our expectation especially for Thom. He took a time and helped us to resolve issues. If you care about customer service for pricey furniture, this is the definite place to purchase.

Minutes before closing one evening, I was assisted by Liz in my search for new throw pillows for a formal living room couch. I had swatches of my liv room fabrics which helped but I had been unsuccessful at six other nearby furniture shops. Liz has superb design abilities. She instantly mixed a few pillows and discussed the pros/cons, never trying to rush me out the door. Two other saleswomen also weighed in (all after closing time), and had great input. This sales team was trained at Room & Board’s home office and take their job seriously. Room & Board has modern pieces which can work in a more traditional room. Liz is excellent and I would go back to this store in a heartbeat.

Cindy is awesome! Came in looking for a modular sectional and Cindy spent about an hour and a half going through everything from fabrics to custom layout. Very friendly, professional, and helpful through out the experience

Had a great shopping experience. Thanks to Cindy for greeting us and then answering our questions after we got a chance to browse the very vast selection. We walked away selecting a couple of light fixtures but we will definitely be back for more.

Mark McLeroy and Brian Smith were fantastic and went above and beyond with customer service. I called the Dallas location because my movers has lost parts to my Wyatt bed. Mark and Brian came to my home within 24 hours and put my bed together - free of charge. I was so impressed! Thank you so much!! -Sloan May

Great place to,shop for furniture or have it custom made, beautiful displays and awesome atmosphere. I just love the peacefulness of this store. It makes you feel like your on a wonderful adventure and the employees are just perfect to deal with! Awesome personalities and lovely attitudes.
