Dallas Fire Station 11

We rented a car through Turo during our recent trip to Dallas and the car seat wasn’t pre-installed. We had trouble installing/fully securing it so we went to Fire Station 11 where we were immediately helped by a wonderful fireman (and father of four). Thank you for helping make sure our most precious cargo was safe and secure!

I recently had an emergency and my wife called 911. The crew responded within 5 minutes. They were very professional and thorough. Their speed and skill prevented a bad situation from becoming something much worse. We are very grateful to them and deeply appreciate their service.

Of course, one hope to never need to review their local Fire Department! We had a medical emergency a handful of years back, and the paramedics (presumably from this station as it was closest) arrived within minutes of calling 911. They were professional and caring, and we were very thankful for their service.

Everybody wear steel toe boots !

I was in a accident they left my vehicle parking lot, but they took my keys to my vehicle and I had to go to there station to get my keys. I hope that they have them.

That being said these guys were great and very understanding and very respectful and professional.

10 PM, 2 AM every night around the block like clockwork with sirens going when no cars are out and people are sleeping. Ive timed them, it seems like they are wasting valuable resources to just get out and make some noise because they always go right back to the station.
