VCA Bent Tree Animal Hospital

I took my Golden Retriever here for the first time for an ear infection and really enjoyed my visit, and so did my dog. The staff was super friendly and loved my happy Golden, and they treated her with fun care. The office was clean and organized, and it felt comfortable to be there. The medicine they sent with me cleared up her ear infection within 3 or 4 days. I liked this place so much that I'm going to switch care providers for my dog and start bringing her here from now on. Thanks guys.

We had a visit with our 4 year old Mini Poodle, Cliff, yesterday for ear pain and allergies. Dr. Gutierrez was absolutely incredible! So grateful to be able to have someone address the cause of the pain/allergies instead of medicating him without talking us through what may be going on. She, and the whole team, were so kind and helpful. We are from Maine, so it is always little nerve wracking bringing your pup somewhere new, but now - we wish we lived in Dallas to be able to have her as our regular vet! Highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez and the whole team.

Best vet I have been to! I brought my dog in for a somewhat urgent second opinion after my long-time vet was not attentive my dog's issue leading to a mis-diagnosis after not eating for a couple weeks and significant weight loss. Bent Tree started over and found the issue on the first appointment, explained the issue, and the prognosis, and scheduled surgery for the next day. They in the first two weeks follow up care has been great. I recommend taking your pet to Bent Tree. The Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Chern and the whole staff is great. Prices are reasonable and well-explained.

First visit at VCA:
Apollo did so well! Dr. Kimball and all of the techs/ employees did a beyond amazing job. My cat wasn't nervous at all, didn't hiss, cower, or scratch/bite once. We recieved a goody bag with a couple toys, a laser, and a free first sample of Revolution flea and heartworm medication. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I am very impressed and happy with the service my family and I receive with our dog here. The front desk staff, techs, and veterinarian are all so helpful and kind. I don’t feel rushed out the door and I feel like all of my concerns are heard. I appreciate the time your staff takes to ensure I can give thorough care to my dog. Additionally, I feel the prices here are very very fair. Thank you guys for all of your help!

My dog Mittsi had a few health issues that brought us to the office frequently. As such, we got to know everyone very well and they are all WONDERFUL and patient during office visits and phone consultations. Diane, Austin, Danielle and Ana were always pleasant no matter how busy things were. All of the technicians that worked with her were great and Dr. Chern and Dr. Kimball took such good care of her and always had an accurate diagnosis. We were sad to lose her due to lymphoma, but the care they gave her helped her to feel great and be happy during her last months and gave us some really nice memories. I highly recommend them and we will be back when we get another pet someday.

I’ve been taking my Great Dane to Dr. Chern for over 2 years now and I can’t say enough about how thorough and caring he is. A year ago I moved 30 minutes away from this office, but I still drive to them every time my pups need to go to the vet.
There aren’t many vet offices like Bent Tree around these days!

My pet died I have been depressed. Everytime I walk in the house I expect to see her greet me at the door. But these people were caring and she did not suffer long, but they should be more upfront when they see something I didn't. #karma the tan one

Excellent service! The receptionist was very patient in trying to file the insurance claim and Dr. Gutierrez was awesome! My cat had been suffering for months and she took her time with him and came up with a resolution. She was very patient and Miku cooperated. Thanks so much for your care!

I've come here twice with my dog, once for a stomach illness and once for a sprained paw, and the staff and vets are excellent! She's nervous even under normal circumstances, but the vets are really gentle and caring and put her more at ease than I've seen her. They take time to go through all your questions and have really prompt, high quality service. When I booked an appointment online, their office called me when they had a cancellation and offered to have us come in earlier. A really great experience all around!

I love love this place. The staffs are so nice and carrying. They make it fell so much better when you come in. You know your dog is a great hands.

This is the best vet I have ever been too! All of the staff is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they all love what they do. We have 2 cats, and the first time we brought each one them almost the entire staff working came to pet them. The price is reasonable and they will follow up the next day to see how your pet is doing if it was sick. When we move we will be driving 40 miles just to use them!!

Every single person here is so sweet and they truly care about your fur babies! I was nervous to bring my cat to the vet, our last experience wasn’t so good.. but here at Bent Tree they completely changed my view on vets. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone interacted with us and showed they wanted to go the extra inch for us. On top of the friendliness and professionalism, their prices are very reasonable. We will return for sure! And we definitely recommend!

We love the service we have gotten here. We've used them as our vet office for many yrs for both our cats and dogs. No doubt that they will treat our animals well, as well as always do as we ask and answer any questions. We love them here enough that even though we moved over an hr away, we're willing to make the drive to ensure our animals get the best treatment. Bent Tree has our trust.

Roo is a kitten that this wonderful place took in until they found us to adopt her. They took such good care of her. Everyone was friendly and sound they loved her. She had all her shots and then we had her in the be fixed. They did a great job no issues. This is a place you can feel comfortable that your animal is going to be taken care of and they will do everything to make sure your animal is healthy and happy...
