Okay, so like you, I’ve seen all the terrible reviews, and I was pretty nervous going to this location, but curiosity got the cat, and I wanted to see the new store after all the renovations were finished.

I am pleased to say I had an amazing experience! Kristyn Miller was the best SA I could ask for. She took her time explaining the different pieces, made sure to show me what she thought I’d like, and let me take my absolute precious time trying on any and everything that caught my eye, and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything.

It was a little over an hour before I had decided on my top picks, and even then, at the end, when she went to wrap my items, I spoke with Vanessa, who also showed me excellent service in the interim.

I will say that I did call before I went in without an appointment and could never get anyone to answer, so that was a little frustrating, but overall, once I was there, I had no complaints. It’s a beautiful store, and I’m glad a few SAs are left who treat you respectfully and don’t judge a book by its cover. Thank you, Kristyn and Vanessa! ☺

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about SA not being nice to customers and that makes me so nervous to visit this location since I’m Asian, but the SA that I met was Sharina, and she is so sweet and very welcoming me!

Not only her but also everyone else, especially the door man is super friendly and smiling all the time. This location makes me feel comfortable to visit and happy to spend my money on!

As a first-time customer, I was a bit nervous and intimidated when I first walked in to get a surprise birthday gift for my wife. But that quickly changed when Veronica was assigned to help me. She asked me what I was looking for, quickly understood my needs, and suggested different options. She was patient and gave me her honest feedback on potential choices. I was able to buy the perfect gift, and my wife loves it! I will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend this store!

This boutique always puts the client first! The fashion advisors are committed to building a relationship with the client. My SA Winnie is amazing! She shows genuine interest in helping me curate pieces to add to my collection that are synonymous with my style. She even makes efforts to learn about my cultural background and works hard to find pieces that will integrate with my traditions and heritage.

I felt the need to leave a review since I saw so many negative ones. I went for the first time to this location the other day. I went to look at a bag, but unfortunately the one I was interested in wasn’t in stock and I ended up with a beautiful pair of shoes instead.

I found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly at this location. I’ve traveled a lot and been to luxury boutiques all over the world and country. The staff here was always close by to assist and available to answer questions. If you’re wanting to pop in a luxury boutique they hang close… yes, to keep an eye on the inventory, but mainly to help if you want to take a look at something.

I’m not a wealthy highland parker— just someone that works hard and likes pretty things. The staff didn't make any judgements. I’m a pretty easy going customer, so I don’t have a lot of demands. Debra was my SA that helped me with the shoes. She was very helpful and sweet!

Drove from Houston to the Dallas location since the Houston location is in the Galleria which has had some safety concerns. Debra was our SA and she was so helpful and nice! She showed us so many options and didn’t rush us! I would definitely recommend this location as well as Debra!

Apart from the lack of parking around Highland Park Village, my experience at Chanel was exceptional. There is currently a temporary location on the right side of the Starbucks but it was visually easy to find. I was greeted by an attendant at the front door and walked right in. When I looked forward, there had to be at least half a dozen associates ready to help me. I let Trinh know generally what I was looking for. She walked me right over to a counter and showed me some stunning broaches. After clarifying some details, she escorted me to the front display where I found the most stunning broach. The viewing and transaction took less time than searching for parking. Overall, I would visit this location again!

Don’t be discouraged by the long hold times on the phone (I called just to make sure there was a temporary location there) or negative reviews. I went on a cold and rainy day during the winter holiday season.

I came here yesterday to buy a purse for my wife. I saw everyone there was so rich and dressed up very nice. Their cars were so expensive. Unlike them, I drove my beat-up minivan and in my cheap working clothes. At first, I thought no one would want to talk or to provide service to me but I was wrong. I was treated no differences which made so happy and fully satisfied. Thank you everyone especially Barbara Detrick who sold me the purse.

I don’t have a Chanel boutique or major department store that sells Chanel handbags or jewelry where I live and I wanted to get something to surprise my wife. I chose Chanel Dallas because I’ve built great relationships with their neighbors already (Cartier and Audemars Piguet) so I wanted to give them a try.

I was introduced to Chanel personal Allison (Boutique’s Sales Director), Vanessa (Senior Sales Associates) and Korey (Senior Sales Associate) via text by Audemars Piguet and Cartier team members. Everyone at Chanel responded to my text inquiries immediately 🥰 I ended up working with Allison and Vanessa. Both ladies were attentive, responsive, and helped me select a handbag and jewelry for my wife.
The pieces the ladies helped me decide and I end up getting were gorgeous and timeless. My wife loved them all! I am so excited to have a Chanel team that I can buy from now anytime I need another Chanel piece.

If you’re also an out-of-towner, this boutique is amazing to work with. Highly recommended and will buy again. 👍

Chanel has a reputation for offering rude customer service - and I've experienced that myself. But I wanted to give this location 5 stars for that alone. I haven't been able to find the item I want, but I've received very professional and respectful customer service by Sarah. She's the best, very polite and accommodating in every way. And from all my visits here, the rest of the SA's seem very friendly as well.

Korey was incredible and the rest of the staff were also both sweet and attentive. I told Korey exactly what I was looking for and he brought a variety for me to choose from without hesitation. Will definitely be back!

Vanessa was superb! I was looking for an iconic handbag for my wife as my First purchase in Chanel and she was very helpful. We had to exchange the hand bag because it had a couple of scratches and she absolutely helped me out with no question! Quick response, willingly to help and very customer oriented. Coming back !
