This brand is the only brand that supports artisans and artists. It takes art that you can live with and wear. Shop here if it's only for gift cards. And shop like it matters because HERMES is amazing and so is the staff. Be treated like a king or queen that you are!

Located in an upscale shopping mall, the staff who served me, Jacquelyn, was super nice and helpful. Despite my many requests to see different sizes of the belt and also measurements of the belts in various combinations, she willingly obliged and also provided good suggestions and recommendations. Really enjoyed shopping here and would definitely recommend you look for Jacquelyn when you shop here. She even took a little time off her lunch hour to serve me which I feel very grateful for. Kudos to great customer service! Will return if I am in town again.

I love this store! Everyone in this store is nice and treat their customers like royalty.. My SA Larissa is phenomenal. She is very nice, genuine and always go above and beyond.. I have been to multiple Hermes stores in the US and this location is the best that I have ever been to..

I had great experience shopping at this store. The store is beautiful and in good order. Their stock is plenty. Their sales staff were pleasant and the managers were professional as well. I was trying to service a scratched bag. They took it in to send to NYC but when the product was returned, the scratches were still visible so they didn’t charge for the touch up. Allison always remembers what my wish list was and was able to fulfill it for me. I enjoyed all my encounters with the whole team.

Short but sweet experience! I came in shortly before close to pick up an online order. Larissa (or Lorissa—I apologize if this spelling is incorrect) was a sweetheart and helped me promptly! Will definitely be back soon to work with her.

Having no Hermes boutique in town made me looking and buying online only. And their website has very limited stocks. It was our first time purchasing in store and Nick made our first experience fantastic.

Went in to look and try on some of their sandals for me, they didn’t have the one I wanted. So we told the first sales person that helped us that we would look around more. We went downstairs to look at sandals for my husband and Nick helped us finding the one we wanted.

Our experience was wonderful, and I would drive over 3 hours to shop through Nick instead of buying online due to the amazing customer service he provided.

Fantastic experience after service began. Initially there was a little delay before anyone offered assistance. Store security brought us to the attention of a staff member. I was pleased with the outcome of my visit after the wait.

Gladys is completely rare sales associate. Extremely professional and one of the best I have ever dealt with. She should be in a management role. Shopped for 30 years at Hermes and only Joey who is no longer there could compare. Truly the best.

Mr Olivè went above and beyond in making me, my wife, and my brother feel very comfortable. It was our first time here at this location in Dallas, and we were unsure what colors to purchase but Mr. Olivè took his time in reassuring us on items we were looking at. We went in with the intent to purchase one item but left with three due to him making us feel welcoming and comfortable. I truly appreciate it and I am very happy that great/awesome customer service still exists. Thank you for your help and you are very rare these days. 😎👌🏾

Gorgeous store. The customer service representatives are sometimes quiet and do not say much, but the items are beautiful. Ready to wear and accessories are on the first floor. Home is on the second.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and considerately attentive. Upon asking for a maroon tie, the representative took me straight to where they kept their ties and immediately had out every maroon tie they offered - including some that weren't yet on display. He was also very helpful in the selection process as I described the impression I was looking for and the clothes I would wear them with. I am totally confident in my choice, I look forward to going back!

Love this store, its products, and its customer service. All the sales associates I have interacted with there have been friendly to me. I want to specifically give a shoutout to the sales associate Nick R. who has so kindly and generously assisted me for over a year now and has given me such a wonderful shopping experience here. He is down to earth and goes above and beyond to order and find the special pieces I want; sometimes it just takes patience on my part, and I don't mind waiting at all because he delivers! I want to thank Hermès Sales associate, Marco Coronado. I came in to exchange a valentines present my husband gifted me for a larger size.
Marco was so kind, accommodating and friendly. He took care of us immediately and even gave us recommendations for the restaurant across the street, which his recommendations provided to be spot on.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful with my shopping needs :) I queued outside before entering, and the friendly staff came and ask what I'd be looking for. They all wore masks and provided hand sanitizers which made me feel safe. Beautiful store had a lovely time shopping there.
Larissa is the best sale specialist and the store manager I have ever met at any Hermes stores around the world! From Paris to Thailand, Cancun, Germany and Singapore every association was not as kind as Larissa. I’m so glad to have found my new store and such a lovely SA!!
