I visited this place a few months ago to buy some bedding that was on sale. They didn’t have it in store so I ended up having to order it online, but the lady who helped me out was super nice! I wish I could remember her name; she was a middle-aged Hispanic woman who was rocking a white Natasha dress!

I’ve heard horror stories about how unfriendly LSF workers can be towards customers, especially customers of color, so I was pleasantly surprised. That said, I had walked in wearing a LSF piece; I do wonder if I’d be treated a lot differently if I was wearing sweatpants instead. Though I’d like to think that’s not the case!

So happy they opened in Dallas! They’re so friendly and helpful. Of course the pink and florals are perfection!

Wonderful and a delight to behold.

Was so excited to finally get to visit the Dallas shop and get to see all the fabulous decor and fashion . Sadly the staff made our experience not at all what we expected . They were on their phone, no greeting , just judgement looks as if we were in the wrong part of the neighborhood. We were so excited to spend and get some great items, but being looked up and down and treated as if "how dare we speak to them " kind of ruined the experience.

I am from out of town and where I live we do not have a love shack fancy. I was so excited to go and had fully planned on buying something. When I walked into the store I was not greeted nor was I welcomed. The girls were on their phones the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to try something on. I was very upset because while I was in there a lady walked in and apparently she was up to their standards and they greeted her by saying, “Hello welcome in can we help you with anything.” I felt so out of place and I immediately walked out. I have been in many stores that are much more expensive and have been treated so much better.
I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get anything but even more upset about how I was treated.

This store trying to show customers how fancy they are. But they try too hard. Their official website has sales over 50% off and way prettier and more affordable than the store offer. They told me that they shipped all the sales item back to factory. My advise is to pick the clothing you like before they go on sale, try them in store, when they are on sale buy online. All their online sale are final. This type of business isn’t worth to support in store. Don’t feel guilty by doing that because you buy from their official website.

You would think that a store that charges hundreds of dollars for their clothes would leave more than a $0.00 tip when they order food to their store. Disgustingly disrespectful, I highly recommend spending your money anywhere else :)
