The serve team at Park Place Porsche has serviced my P-cars for many years and I consistently receive outstanding, quality service. I can always trust the team at Park Place to take the upmost care in doing things right and paying attention to the details which is most important to me as an enthusiast of the brand.

My wife and I have been Park Place Porsche customers for years. We've had three new cars serviced exclusively at Park Place -- a 2019 Cayenne Turbo; a 2020 911 Carrera S; and a 2023 Macan GTS. The service team is great across the board -- always responsive, helpful and friendly. You won't go wrong with anybody. But ask for Brandon Bristow. We've worked with him many times and he always comes through. He's exceptionally professional and courteous, and takes the time to quickly respond to our questions or concerns via voice, text or email. We've serviced many new cars over the years at all sorts of dealers. Park Place is tops -- and Brandon is one of the reasons why.

I recently began taking my 2019 Macan to Park Place Porsche for service and am very satisfied so far. My service advisor Brandon Bristow is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated effectively with me during both of my service appointments. He was also very helpful in arranging transportation for me so I didn't have to wait at the dealership while the service was being performed, and overall I just feel that I'm treated fairly at Park Place. Looking forward to continuing to work with Brandon & team!

If you value your time, then don't come here for service. Book appt for oil change and state inspection. I was in a hurry to go pick up my son from school late, and I told them this. 3hrs later, they said the service is done but be another 30-60 minutes for the car wash. I had to go, so no car wash. This is on a Wednesday. it shouldn't be that busy. Maybe they are overwhelmed. I used to only go here, but it seems the service gone downhill. No customer service, and they charge a lot more than other reputable places nearby. I will check out Autoscope nearby or Grapevine porsche.

Very bad experience serving my Porsche here, lots of delays and the “service advisor” Mark Pierro constantly lied and had very poor communication throughout the whole process. Had to talk to the service manager to get any updates. Save yourself the headache and try Porsche Plano

Absolutely terrible service wanted to go take my Porsche in there to repair the bumper on a brand new car. They do not have loaner cars. They are booked out for over a month.

Simple car oil change took 3 hours 45 minutes after setting appointment

The service department has the worst customer service I have experienced in years. There is absolutely no follow up from your service advisor during repairs or thereafter. This dealership is not the place to go if you need service AND EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Disgusting service. I called to find out the price of the repair, was on the line for 30 minutes, answered then put on hold, returned and hung up. I will never deal with Porsche again.

Do not respect the time of their customers

Sales will swarm and cars maybe great…call for servicing and staff will vanish in seconds!! It is actually funny if I didn’t need servicing.
