🤭 It was my first time visiting this location and Ross was a very kind and friendly employee there. I had to visit the store so I can get the package done that I ordered online. They were nice enough to let me touring the store even though it was about to close 25 mins left. I didn't have time to look around everything but they didn't mind at all. I would definitely come back here 🥰

Anne D has been a wonderful SA! My first time in the store was a busy Sunday afternoon, Anne took the time to help my friend and I even though we ended up not purchasing anything that day. I had her contact info though and she answered all my questions to eventually help me find my dream bag!

I came in to browse and was very pleased with the customer service. Was offered beverages and anything I was interested in, they were happy to bring out for me to try. I ended up purchasing a perfume and some black pumps. They offered to deliver my pumps to my home, so I expected it to arrive in 1 week. However 2 weeks later, I still did not have my shoe. I called one week in and was told that it would arrive in a few days. But it never showed up. So, I called them again now 2 weeks later. I spoke with someone who had no knowledge or authority to figure out what happened, but she offered to ship another one out again and said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. I never received a call from them...So, I am still waiting on the shoe that I have already purchased...
I have shopped at various luxury stores and am surprised this kind of thing happens. Especially when it was the manager who was the one who rang up the sale!

So... forward in time by a few years. I now work with a SA personally and no longer have any issues with purchasing except one time when an item held for me was mistakenly sold to someone else. Overall, very warm and welcoming service and in comparison to other stores in the area, this store is way better to shop in. Dior will fix any issues with the items you purchased for the most part while others will have you jump through a hoop at times. Love the boutique layout as well!

I don’t know how many times I’ve been there with my wife, But our first walk in visit was with the amazing Danielle,
Since that time we always check with her to see if she’s gonna be there before we go Because she’s so nice and professional and so respectful and takes the time to show us everything in store with a beautiful smiley face.
In my opinion, Danielle makes the Dior store looks good.

I don’t live near a Dior boutique but have been in love with the brand for years. I finally got to visit Dior Dallas last year and met Simeon. A year later, I am still so happy to call him my SA! Anytime I need something, he’s more than willing to help and accommodate me. I have since visited another Dior location in Texas and the service there is nothing like Dior Dallas’s. The attendants at Dior Dallas know their products and know their customers. Looking forward to my 3rd+ visits to Dior Dallas in the future! Highly, highly recommend.

Went there to get a box and also engraving for a bag she brought elsewhere . Was professional and accommodated our request with no fuss .

Is larger than it looks from the outside. Great selection of latest collection. Purses and scarfs in front are displayed and presented well. Wonderful service. Love the location close to many other shops and cafes. Worth a day trip.

It’s been several months since we’ve been to the store and we were greeted by Anne and Nicole. Not only did they remember us, they remembered details about our last visit. Incredibly nice and friendly at this boutique! I entered for the first time not expecting to buy anything and just browse but the SA's were so friendly and accommodating that I couldn't help but walk out with a small purchase. Lovely SA's and such a beautiful boutique!

Well I came with my girlfriend and was expecting the Pretty Woman experience, being looked down upon being that we weren't planning on stopping and were dressed pretty inappropriately. From the second we walked in everyone was SO friendly and nice!

Very nice, professional and down to earth team here. The rest, well it's Dior - the name itself says it all. Luxury on steroids! Love it.
