Convenient and close to where I live. I went on a Saturday so there was a bit of a wait but everyone was professional and courteous. It was a busy Saturday for them I assumed.

Robbed my poor old Grandmother of $190+ in "over draft fees" in 2010 when we first opened our business. When I say robbed, I mean the paper statement at the end of the month didn't even show a negative balance, not once. The completely annoying and less than friendly manager almost made me loose my cool, it'd been worth it if I really had, instead I just toll them to all F themselves really loud.

Funny thing we get an email today 8-7-2012 about how they are going to change there posting methods..

PNC bought out BBVA Bank in 2021, and I really do miss them. The one good thing about this branch is that they're open on Saturday's. Other than that_______.

If I could rate this place -98764 I would. I walked in to the branch for a simple name change due to marriage, which was completed. Upon completion, the branch associate went to print a new debit card but was unable to do so because "the printer was malfunctioning". Fast forward to the next day when I look on my PNC app and see charged from the last 24 hours, totaling over $1,200 made by a new card issued to my account from the prior day, that I didn’t receive.
Thankfully I was able to call customer service who filed a complaint against the branch and escalated it to a security breach complaint. When I called the branch to get some clarity as to why someone is walking around with a debit card linked to my account, I was met with "well we don't know how that happened." If you don't want your money stolen and identity compromised, I would take my banking needs elsewhere.

Got here a little early, but I'm imprisoned in the atm room out front while the staff very loudly laugh and joke around. I'm only 15 minutes early, and they told me they can't see me yet, but they could at least let me sit in a chair in the waiting room...
Even as I'm typing this review, I can hear someone screaming and laughing inside. Gives off an unprofessional, and inhospitable vibe. I'm not impressed with my customer care.

Had paid off a HELOC account and closed the account a couple of months ago. The bank is still carrying a small balance and can not tell me why? Now they have drafted out of my checking account to pay a minimum amount due on the closed account? I've got their receipt showing account closed and payoff amount but no answers as to why the new balance. When i go there in person it seems they want to help but can't figure out how? ( maybe why there is a 1.6 rating for the branch). I went to another branch 2 weeks ago to start over and the rep tried to help, called me back to say they were investigating, and now did not return my call from 2 days ago? All I get are excuses.....covid, PNC transition, short handed, etc. After 30 years I had to pull my accounts and found a wonderful bank (Frost) who take customer service to what it should be.

Customer service has really gotten terrible since PNC's disastrous takeover of BBVA. I waited while two tellers helped the same two customers for 15 mins while the bankers and branch manager twiddled their thumbs. I ended up leaving without being helped. Time to switch banks.

A lot of their banking policies are unfair to the customer, including at anytime if the account is negative even though the transaction has not posted and a deposit was made. I wonder how long they will be able to get away with these practices. Considering that Wells Fargo Bank of America and other large financial institutions have been sued with large class action lawsuits due to posting of transactions on the account which favors the bank. Even though it was not posted to the account yet and you receive a notice saying that your account is negative and you look at your account history which shows the complete opposite of it being in a positive balance. Even for a couple milliseconds they will charge you an overdraft fee even if you did a transfer to cover the transaction within minutes, you are charged an overdraft fee which is ridiculous! I even bought shares of BBVA I sold them after I found out about these policies and I'm in the process of switching financial institutions!

Also, customer service at this bank is horrible! I have been laughed at hung up on, told that I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm freaking tired of it! Not to mention they will argue with you and are completely unprofessional. I was in the financial industry for many years and it's difficult to talk to employees that do not know what they are talking about at A bank's policy that takes advantage of customers is wrong. That is not looking out for the client's best interest and making sure that the client succeeds financially!
