The man taking our order was very patient and helpful. It was my first time there and it didn’t disappoint! They have daily specials and everything is so delicious and well served! Definitely better than IHOP! I loved that my hash brown was like half the plate! 😅 I ordered my toddler the Jr Bear breakfast and it was also very tasty and well served.

A hidden gem. This restaurant has great tasting food and quick service. The fact that you can order anything on the menu during hours of operation is impressive. The price is perfect and you get a great amount of food for the cost. The menu has items from French toast to chicken fried steaks. My family and I have ordered from here a couple of times and happy with all the different foods we have had. It has a mom and pops feel in doors. I usually call and place a order and pick it up from the drive thru window.

This place is a true hidden gem. I love it so much! My daughter and I come here regularly for homemade quality and incredibly affordable food. It always hits the spot, and they are really kind here. We will be back plenty. My daughters fav is the buffalo chicken strips and mine is the build your own breakfast ❤😀

Food was great and came out quickly. The attendant was super nice. When first walking in, it reminds you of a fast food joint, as if you were walking into a McDonald's. But they serve food that's restaurant/cafe quality.
The portions were great and filling and the price was great and not expensive.
I would totally come back and I'd recommend trying Garland Cafe for anyone.

I was searching for a good place to eat breakfast and this spot is top rated in my area. The reviews were great so I figured I'd try them. I was not disappointed. This is a small cafe but big on taste and portion size. I ordered the catfish dinner and a small order of buttermilk pancakes. Very very good. I will definitely be a regular here and the prices are very affordable.

Loved stopping in for breakfast for our first time this week! Order at the counter, no frills dining with GREAT breakfast selection, generous portions and tasty food! Took half our food home with us. We will definitely be back!

Always friendly when I place my to go orders. So far I’ve had their catfish meal and a breakfast including sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes - everything was fresh and delicious 🤤😋

Counter gentleman was amazing. Didn’t push anything on me. My daughter (4) and I came in for the first time. He was super sweet to my little girl. Told her about what they have on the menu she might like and took her order directly from her.

I just came in randomly since I was getting my breaks done next door, and I have to say…. It’s great! Decent price! This is the type of place that your dad goes to read a paper and drink coffee. Makes me feel at home. I will be back

Love the location on Rosemeade, fajita chicken salad amazing. Catfish off the wall, great catch.

Just ate at the location on Buckingham, Catfish not as good as Rosemeade location, they use different breading.

3 locations, you would think a chain would have the same food, same style at each location.

The chicken salad at Buckingham location is not fajita chicken as the Rosemeade location, just grilled chicken, wife was very disappointed after I bragged about the food on Rosemeade location.

Hello new followers!! My mom and I went to Garland Cafe in Carrollton today and we were not disappointed. I'm not sure how long this location has been here but it is tucked away in a shopping center at the corner of Marsh and Rosemeade in Carrollton. We dined in and were surprised to see they had a little traffic inside and at the drive thru. We went in around noon on Saturday, they were quick to take our order and quick to bring our food. The food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait 10 mins or so but I didn't mind the wait. I got a double cheeseburger with bacon (I was hungry) with seasoned fries. My mom got a pancake with hash browns and bacon. The burger was big (seasoned too!) and tasted homemade. My mom said her breakfast was awesome, she actually finished her food, she usually, always has leftovers everywhere we go. Needless to say "WE'LL BE BACK". Thanks for reading! Follow me 🥸

This place is an awesome hidden gem! Nice clean inside, food is great, and the best part is the pre-inflation pricing! Very reasonable!
Huge menu!

My first time trying the spinach salad with grilled chicken today for dinner. It was so good. Only thing I was missing was balsamic dressing. I would order that again.

The fish plate was excellent! Large fish fillets. Great flavor. Not too salty in my opinion. The dinner was hot and fresh out of the oven. The hush puppies had a great flavor and complimented the fish very well. We called our order in and it was ready as soon as we got there, about 20 minutes. The cashier was very efficient and pleasant. Excellent job overall!

Very friendly people and you get so much food for a great price. Delicious and hot fresh food. Normally I don’t do reviews but this place was so worth it. I will be coming back here soon! 😀

I had heard several people say how great this Garland Cafe was so my wife and I tried it last week. We both had the the catfish dinner with fries, coleslaw,pinto beans and hush puppies. The catfish was one of the best I've eaten and the sides were great too. The fries were crisp with a soft center just the way I love them. Today we went back again and my wife has the catfish again and she said they were just as good and looked like they were even bigger pieces then before. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was good! Definitely going back next week and try a breakfast, maybe waffles! The only thing that would make this place better is if they served red beans, sausage and rice for my catfish! 🤪

The Hype is real yall, I heard so many great things about this Cafe on the Neighborhood app. I'm so glad i came today! the staff is very polite and gave us the best recommendations on their menu.
The food is amazing! Biscuits and gravy where the sausage in the gravy is still crispy, the chicken fried steak was crispy tasty awesomeness... and the price was so affordable! You get soo much for your dollar.
This is definitely going to be our new favorite spot to hit up.

The pictures speak for itself. Mind you, I live down the street & see it every day going home. I judged before giving it a chance. Now the problem will be how many times a week do i go or do I tell my hubby bout this spot🤣

The reviews convinced me to check it out and boy was I wrong.
Anyway, I walked in, chill, quiet, clean, greeted by the best cashier. Took her up on her recommendation, and she didn't disappoint. I'm not gonna take a star away, but I wish the burger had Jalapeños or and the fries a little salt. Other then that, the best money spent. I definitely recommend AND dont judge a book by its cover. Lesson learned. 😉
