Handsdown, the Best Couples Massage! Our very best to Cathy and Joey, they were so thorough and exceptionally nice. They explained what areas were tight, suggested stretches, found all of my rough tight areas and went over on time since their next appointment was running late. We will be back for sure!

I love this place. Very peaceful atmosphere and everyone is so wonderful. Tonight they stayed open so I could get my tension massage. I needed it so badly. Stormy was wonderful and worked out all my kinks. I've been coming for 7 years and have had a great experience each time. Thanks for being my slice of heaven.

First it took two months to try to book this. They wouldn't let me book on a Fri, Sat or Sun with a Groupon. They were starting to annoy me because they swore it was in the fine print but i read the Groupon details three times and didn't see this written anywhere. Then they had issues with booking on the days i was able to find someone to watch my kids since i couldn't just use a free weekend day as originally planned. Took two more weeks to figure out the sitter and find an available time slot. Was very nervous on my way there because the locals have rated this place 1.6 on the star rating in Google Maps. Was prepared for horror.
The sign out front says Barefoot 49 so i was afraid i may be in the wrong place but lady at front said i was in the right spot.
Great front lobby atmosphere. Love the waterfall decoration up front. Dimly lit. Quiet. Only one other male customer leaving when i got there.
Lady at desk brought me a whole box of tissues when i only asked if she had one.
I was forty minutes early but only had to wait about 15.
Carla came out to get me. Started in a dark room with oversized chairs draped in sheets. Set my feet in a metal bucket lined with a plastic bag. Warm water with epsom salts. No aromatherapy, though, which sucked because i would've requested peppermint for my sinuses.
She started rubbing my hands and arms. Did a good job. Moved to my legs and feet. Spent a considerable amount of time on them. Great job. Just when i thought she was done she busted out some warm rocks which she rubbed all over my legs. I've never had this done this way, only ever just placed on me...so i found this to feel quite amazing.
Then she had me flip on my stomach and stretched my body around head to feet. Then flipped me back and did the same thing again.
Gave her a cash tip as I walked out and she handed me a water.
The hassle of booking really really sucked and made me question whether i had made a mistake in purchasing, but the service itself was amazing and i would definitely recommend.

I purchased a groupon from them because about 3 years ago I was gifted one from a family member. I loved the service and the girl who did it. She was kind and did a wonderful massage. So when my birthday rolled around this year I decided to treat myself and my mother to a foot massage. Saw they had groupon for 2 and figured "why not" I enjoyed them last time and I can save money. So I called them about a w33k before asking for an opening anytime that day for that service. They told me they could take me, but needed my groupon nuimber. I didn't have it one me so they told me to call back. I called back about an hour later and they said they had no openings. I tried several other days and times that would work for my mother and I and she said no everytime and then told me to get a refund and hung up on me. I called back thinking it was mistake, no business owner could be that rude, but she was. I let it go and was going to contact groupon about a refund, but forgot. So since my mother's birthday was coming up I figured let's use them, maybe with more notice we can get an appointment we'd like. So I called 3 weeks. I was told they don't go groupon on Fridays. Wierd. since that stipulation isn't on the groupon. So she said she's ask the manager and call me back. She was very polite and nice, however she didn't call me back. I called 2 more time and was told the same thing, that she'd call back. She never did. So with a week to go till the Friday we wanted to go in, I called again. Got the rude lady. She answered I told her the situation and she hung up on me. Didn't say hold or one moment, phone was silent for several minutes so I know she hung up. I called back the next day, was told they had no openings, to get a refund and she hung up. By this point my patience and kindness is done. I call back and let her know I'm pissed. She says what is she supposed to do? They have no openings because it's a day away. Of course I figured that. She was rude, unhelpful and plane disrespectful. Told me on several occasions to get a refund. Then said she would put me on the waiting list, but when I don't get in I'll just be upset. Upset? I'm already pissed!! So I tell her I'm already mad and you are no help. She says well call our dallas location maybe they will help you. This is when for the first time they tell me I can redeem my groupon at either location. I said ok, bye. Called dallas and they were kind, helpful and respectful. I couldn't get in for Friday, but her put me on the waiting list and booked me an evening appointment Monday. Dallas is open longer hours and 6 days a week. Call them NOT carrollton!! Will never give them business again!!

The last time I have been here was 3 Year's ago when the service was far more better than now. I called to book my service which she confirmed there were openings then she declined because I told her I had a Groupon. She told me to have them refund my money and that they do not accept Groupon on any weekends. I found this very hard to believe because I had been before using a gifted Groupon and didn't have any issues. Very poor customer service skills. Hopefully the Dallas location is better than this one this year because last year they were very unorganized.

Would leave 0 stars! Worst business I've ever dealt with. Purchased a groupon and they still require a cc# including the 3 digit code. I get the cc# but in no way would I give the security code. This bordelines on fraudulent. They said I should call for my money back as they would not honor the voucher without full cc info. Unbelievable! Thank goodness groupon gas great chat service as this business does not!

i called them to set an appt. the owner answered. i asked what "two feet & bucket spa pkg" meant, what services/duration/details etc, b/c obviously that determines when i can make an appt. i cant explain this any better than WHAT A BUNCH OF A**HOLES! she said she cant explain it to me, go read the groupon again, dont waste her time, i shouldnt have bought it, its my fault not understanding their distortion of the english language. she was immediately irrate, berating, & belligerent the moment i implied i had 1 question. absolutely HORRIFIC service & customer interaction. boycott these d**kheads. she even told me to tell groupon to refund my purchase & then hung up on me!

refund my purchase entirely & ASAP. i NEVER want to deal w/ this vendor again.

Sorry about my misspelling on my other review, my phone is not writing what im speaking. But this place is a Asian prostitution spa. I had heard about them on herry hines back in 1996 they had closed alot of them down. I guess there back thats why she is so rude to women, but I guess they know there clients.

Horrible customer service. Was rude from time answered phone then refused to let me speak to manager. Argued with me about speaking to a manager and hung up on. Refuses to answer when call back.
