Lux on Main

They have a great maintenance team and the location is pretty good too even for people who have to commute and work in downtown as the DART is right next to it. The only thing is that if your apt is facing outward, it would be loud because of the constant train passing by. Not the DART, but the actual train…

I’ve been living here almost three years now. Lux is cozy, luxury and has one of the best gyms I’ve seen in an apartment building. The ladies in the front office are all easy to work with. I usually work with Jennifer. There has not been a need of mine she has not meet.

I have lived at Lux on Main for about 4 months now. Everything has been wonderful from the very beginning! Erin is an amazing leasing consultant. She was so helpful from the start, and continues to be! She answered all of my questions (which were a lot), and is always super responsive to emails and calls.

In regards to my apartment - I couldn’t be happier! It is beautiful, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Definitely recommend!

Great place to live. Great location. Jake is awesome and makes sure my apartment needs are met the best he can. Also a very nice pool set up and easy access parking.

I have lived here for 2 months and love it here. The unit I moved to was super clean, and the few minor maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediately upon my move in. The complex is super clean and well put together. My only complaint is the package room is a little chaotic. Huge shoutout to Jennifer for a smooth leasing experience and making sure I felt at home. Make sure to ask her about local food recommendations, she will not disappoint you!

Great place to live! The location is very central and works orders get done quickly. Brittany Trammell was also very helpful when renewing my lease. It took me a while to figure out my renewal since I was out of town but she let me know all my options and found the best option for me. She made my lease transfer very smooth and helped me sign for the exact unit I was looking for.

Living at Lux has been my best apartment living experience ever!!! I have had no issues with my apartment, from the beginning the customer service was great! Brittany Made sure my move-in was super easy. 5stars plus!!! Looking forward to continue enjoying my time at the Lux!!

It's a wonderful place to call home, it's a very fun and welcoming neighborhood, the pool is so much fun and the gym is amazing! My last 3 years here have been very good and the work team is excellent, Lindsey is always there for me when I need something in my apartment. thank you, this will continue to be my home for the next years

We recently had 3 corporate apartments at Lux on Main, and the process from start to finish could not have been smoother. Brittany and the Lux on Main team were quick on communication, the units looked great and our guests loved their stay. Big thanks!!

I recently toured with Lindsey and she gave me a great experience! I had many questions regarding layouts, design, availability dates. pricing, etc and she was able to answer quickly and efficiently. An hour later after my tour I had my quotes and was able to make a decision. Highly recommend her and Lux on Main.

Just moved to Lux on Main after only living in Texas a few years and this has been my favorite apartment complex. Great pool and its kept immaculate eventhough now its to cold to swim. Gym is well maintained and security measures exist all around property to keep us safe. Erin in the leasing department is a Rockstar. Ask for her and they usually have great move in specials.

This apartments are wonderful, sparkling clean and maintenance guys like Adrian that is always working and very polite give you an idea of the mission of the company. On the other hand, if you need to go to the office and have any request, Brittney always be there with a big smile and help you with your request that you need in your apartment. Good job guys.

Very thankful for Brittany assistance. There’s not an issue she can’t resolve. The maintenance team and the courtesy officer are kind. Management throws great parties while supporting local businesses❤. The gym and pool is a plus.

I've been living at Lux on Main going on 2 years, and I'm definitely planning on staying. I love the staff, they are very responsive. Whenever I have an issue or question they are always ready to resolve it. Special shout out to Brittany! She has been so understanding and very quick to resolve all of my concerns.

The amenities of Lux on Main are great, the gym has everything I need and the pool is my favorite place to be when it hits over 100 degrees.

I have never experienced any serious issues in my apartment, its neat, clean and when I do need to put in work orders the maintenance team & Bernard are always prompt in their response.

I just really love how beautiful this complex is, the people who live here are so kind. And it placed in the perfect area. So walkable. We are near downtown Carrollton, the Dart, and so many great restaurants. I love it here ! 10/10 do recommend.

I just moved here and everything has been great. The apartment is everything I hoped for and the surrounding areas are clean and safe. When you have a question or an issue the office answers in a timely manner.

Sydney from the leasing office is the best, she is been super helpful in all the process.

Have lived here for the past two years. If I wasn’t moving to another state I’d def renew another year. One of the best apartments and management companies. They keep you up to date constantly on anything occurring and consistently update things to keep it looking nice. The location is amazing. So many things walkable and easy walk to the DART train. The amenities are great. One of the best apartment gyms, great pool and gated parking garage. Would def recommend living here.

I wrote a review about a year since I moved to Lux on Main, and nothing has changed, I love it here and the Leasing office people are amazing and will work with you if you need ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING. Great location and the apartments are beautiful. Great place for young adults! 7/19/2022

So far this apartment complex has been the best! From Smart City helping me out and make sure I am all settled and from the people at the leasing answering all the questions I had. Jesse at the Leasing office answered all my questions, Rachel for being super quick with helping me with my Toll Tag and Erin for helping my became a resident at Lux. I love it here ... Before I forget, shout out to Cloy at Smart City, real MVP ☝🏾

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved this community. Maintenance is extremely efficient, friendly and responsive and management is on top of everything. I never had concerns regarding the quality of management and felt very safe in this complex. The residents are nice people also! It is very clean and quiet for the most part as well. I recently had to relocate for work and miss Lux already! Huge shout out to management and the wonderful maintenance team for making my stay the best.

I just had a five star experience at The Lux. I have a dog named Lenny and he is pretty rambunctious. He's young but very strong, and he's trying to meet, interact, and play with other pet dogs on the property-as this is all new to him. When I walk him through the lobby he's always greeted with love from the staff-especially Jennifer at the front desk. She is such a wonderful person we see every morning on our way to the espresso machine before our morning walk, and might I add too, also a dog lover! She even bought Lenny a new customized collar with her own money!! It just melted my heart! She makes Lenny feel so welcomed not only around people but other pet dogs when another is in the room! I love Jen so much for making Lenny's training so fun and easy!! I wish Lenny could read this message because he would love Jen even more than he already does!!! Thank you Jennifer and thank you The Lux on Main!

I highly recommend Lux on Main to anyone looking for an apartment just right outside of Dallas city. The management is very professional. Coming from out of state, I didn’t have the opportunity to be physically there to tour the apartment, so I had to depend on the management. They were very communicative and timely in their response. I was able to secure the apartment unit and sign all the necessary documents effortlessly. The check in was also very smooth. If you’re looking for a competent management and easy move in, Lux on Main is the way to go. The apartment unit is modern, clean and comes with everything you could need in an apartment. The building amenities are great, and the neighborhood has almost everything you could need.
