Excellent service. I stopped in as they were closing for a last minute gift and the guys didn’t rush me at all and took the time to ensure I picked up the perfect gift!

Arim helped me as soon as I walked in store and was great. She ordered different boot sizes and was patient with my decision and gave me her personal number so I can sleep on my decision over night. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my shoes and working with Teresa Nguyen! I called several locations trying to get new shoes in my size and no one was able to help find my size. Teresa went above and beyond and found my size (only one in the entire US) and had it shipped asap. She was very pleasant when I arrived to pick up the shoes and of course I loved the shoes when receiving them. She also gave some great tips on how to properly care for them! Thanks Teresa!

Immediately, I was assisted upon entering. The styles are amazing! The men's section is a little small, but they have plenty of the newest styles ranging from the classics to the more trendy styles. The Sneakers and tennis shoes are very comfortable and a staple piece to any wardrobe!

I was a little skeptical about the way the sales associates would be because of the reviews. However I got the complete opposite experience a positive one. I was content with the way the sales associate Elijah helped me! He was very helpful in helping me choose the correct size for my first pair of Louboutin pumps and was willing to answer any questions that I had. He also checked up the next day to make sure I was still loving the shoes and if I needed anything else to reach out to him. Excellent customer service!

This store front is so adorable. Bought a pair of shoes. Which was my first purchase from This designer. I love the quality of shoes. Comparable to others the leather is so much more soft & buttery -Paying the extra is worth it. I love how neat they package the shoes as well. I will say customer service could definitely be a little better since it did take me only about 5-10 minutes to spend what I did but overall was a great experience and I will be going back.

I’ve been to this location several times. Jennifer Hernandez And Maurice made me feel wanted and welcomed there and let me try on as many shoes as I liked. I end up purchasing 4 pair of shoes, a purse and a keychain from Jennifer. I called and even went in one day and dealt with two ppl who were very rude to me. I don’t think just because I was not in my best attire that I should’ve been dismissed and ignored by the two sales associates. Since then I have been buying my Loubies online only. I’m glad to hear Maurice is still there hopefully Jennifer H. is too. They were the best.
There are or were two Jennifer’s at this location. Please only deal with Jennifer H. If she is still there.

Kayla went above and beyond to get me the product I needed in time for my vacation. I am satisfied with the experience and will be recommended Kayla to any friends and family that need products.

If you want to receive superb service and the best professional advice I highly recommend Teresa! She helped me try on 20 different pairs of shoes until I found the perfect one. Not only that she takes the time to follow up the next day to make sure you have everything you need. If that’s not 5 star service I don’t know what is. So glad to have found her!!!!

They have a great selection of shoes and the staff is really helpful in finding the shoe and size you want.

Teresa was very friendly and knowledgeable about the brand. I enjoyed her upbeat yet professional demeanor. The store is secure and safe for shopping with locked entry even though in upscale Highland Park. Parking is challenging.

My husband and I visited this boutique for the first time planning on buying 1 pair of Loubs. We had a great experience with Alfonso. 4 pair and a handbag later we are so happy with our purchases. Alfonso has been great, and we continue to be in contact with him. Planning on making our 5th purchase with him today. Elijah was absolutely amazing and patient and super helpful. I tried on so many shoes and he was determined to make sure that I walked out with something that I loved. I adore him 🫶🏼

Got the pair I wanted but not in my size so gots to wait till I go to vegas and get them from that location and try it on before I make a purchase 😢

I see some negative reviews on here, but my experience was awesome. Nicole was very kind and helpful. I’ve seen where it says you need to “dress the part”; I was in jeans, t-shirt, and sneakers, and I was treated like a valued customer. I absolutely recommend this store.

Went in today for a present 🎁 for my wife for her birthday, Alfonso was amazing help in hitting me pick out a few things. She loved them even though her birthday isn't till Saturday. Thank yall for your help , I will definitely be returning for more goodies. I got a pair for me aswell while I was there.
