Was having trouble finding a water bottle but Brittany went out of her way to help me find and reserve it at another place now I call that 5 star service.

Came here looking for snorkeling gear after visiting other stores around town who wanted to charge an arm and leg . We found some at a reasonable price and we were thrilled to see that they had a discounted price that day. However once the cashier rang it up it came back at original price. We let the cashier know and she was on it real quick and was able to verify and honor the discounted price! I was in and out and very happy with my purchase!

What an amazing place! I bought shoes that wound up being too narrow for me, and they took them back three weeks later and gave me a full refund. Andrea is the one who helped me. So friendly, too. It's like all the perks of REI with cheaper prices.

I visited here for the first time on 1/4/18. I had to make an exchange for some items I had for some time. Tara was at the return counter , so I asked her if they would help me with an exchange. She was super sweet and professional. She said yes and pointed me in the direction I needed to go in to get the replacements I needed. But she then went above and beyond by meeting me there without being asked and spending a significant amount of time helping me find what I needed.

When I went to get the exchange done, Kevin helped me. He too was patient , knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Dick's please recognize these two employees. Thanks to their helpfulness, you have gained a new customer. The items I had were gifts and I had never shopped there before. I will now!

Excellent customer service

IT IS THE BEST STORE IN THAT WHOLE MALL. The whole experience was just amazing and the soccer balls there are a life saver. Cannot stress on how lit that store is. Would totally recommend if you are trying to have some fun.

I had the great fortune to have Terrance assist me in the shoe department today. He never lost patience nor tried to hurry me. He was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I discussed the type of support I needed in a shoe, he delivered and more. Terrance is a gem.

One of the ladies that help me was able to help me pretty good and I told her that I was looking for a specific item but they only had what they had in the stock in the bbq section and told me to go to the Katy store. Clean area very organized in the sugarland area didnt really have time to go the Katy area store thanks

Definitely better than Academy, had full stock of everything with variety. The prices are affordable and good quality. The store itself is clean and organized, customer service is great. This is now my only sporting goods store, good job Dick’s.

The bicycle repair shop at this store did a fantastic job servicing my bike. Local store near my house was three times the price. Highly recommend the bike shop and the friendly staff

Get your sporting goods and good customer service from here. The store is clean. There's nothing misplaced and never heard to find. The staff will help you, w no problem. The lines aren't long either.

Great prices and I am able to find shoes I’m interested in without going online. The clothing selection is slim, but they do have some good things. This location smaller than some of the other locations I’ve been to, but I would recommend it.

They have great pasta! My wife ordered the lobster and had some left over for the next day! This place truly deserves a 5 star rating.
