Macy's

This Macy's is like all other Macy's in that it is bright, spacious, and full of merchandise.

There's plenty of staff around to assist and support shoppers. The displays are full but not overwhelmingly cluttered. The sales sections are prominent and easy to navigate to.

We normally park on Macy's side as it's covered parking, a rarity here. Thus, we start and end our shopping experience at First Colony Mall with Macy's.

This place is nice on deals. Randomly setting up days with great prices that you can't even complain. Great customer service, the employees are great and very helpful. There's even a Starbucks inside which is great if you're just want to take a break before shopping more.

It is great to have a Macy's nearby. They have a very good selection as I prefer to shop in person. The only problem is that the music is being played just above most the registers and it's a little bit too loud for me to hear the associates easily.

I went there today to get my wife a perfume. The ladies there were amazing at helping me out. They were super nice and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even wrapped it for me to give as a surprise for my wife. I don't know about the rest of the store, but the ladies at the perfume section were great help.

The customer experience representative (Priscilla) was extremely helpful and made our entire shopping experience at Macy’s amazing! She helped us so much and was able to find all of the items we were looking for!

The woman that helped me select a suit was amazing! Don't go anywhere else for a good fit and great price for men's suits.

It's nice to still have a real store to shop, where you can actually see, feel, try on apparel.

Literally had the most wonderful experience ever earlier this week I stopped by and they were busy but lines moved quickly and considering the time of year I was very grateful. I found a pair of sneakers for my little boy on sale at the finish line inside of the shoe department and I always find fantastic deals there so next time your looking for sneakers for fam don’t forget they have a finish line inside the store. They also have a section in the very front of the store that has returns and one of kind items from other stores and they are typically marked 50% off so you can get some beautiful clothing for unbelievably great prices. I’m so excited about the work clothes I had been needing but that’s not something you can get just anywhere so I’m truly grateful for Macy’s, being a Macys cardholder, extra perks/discounts and all the sales promotions offered throughout the year.

Macy’s has it all for shopping needs, easy to access and you can look online before you head to the store. Saves time.

down stairs at one of the registers, is a guy who has long hair. he's awesome in customer service. you can tell he loves his job and he loves being around fashion. he makes you feel good about your purchase, and is friendly to talk to. i wish i knew his name. but i had a great time there.

Macy shoe sale is the bomb,I love shopping at Macy’s ,they have good discounts and also a variety of products to choose from.The sports section and handbags are my favorite spots in the store.its a full fledged department store

On yesterday me and my son visited many departments in this store, and many of the workers were very kind and helpful. But there was one that stood out most to me, and it was the lady by the name of Ms.Yasmin Dhanani. I was looking for a watch for my mother, and she didn’t just try to show and sell the watch she thought was right, but was so patient and kind and showed me as many watches I needed to see, to find the one that suited my taste. She was awesome and went over and above. That’s what great customer service looks like. Thank you so much! 5 stars in my book.

Excellent customer service, amazing deals on some items and some other items are overpriced, but overall, quality at affordable prices.
