Purchased our original F-150 Lariat 20 years ago at Helfman and here we are again buying a F-150 once again. Process was quick and easy. We had Brock Davenport as our salesman and he made the buying process very easy and relaxing. I recommend Mr. Davenport and absolutely will be purchasing another vehicle from here in the future. They treat you like family here and is not like other Ford dealers in the area, this one is unique.

Robert Blakey handled my pre-purchase inspection for a higher mileage F250 diesel. They made me feel very comfortable about the condition of the vehicle and went the extra mile to install new cameras at no charge. Highly recommended.

The whole experience of building a black out XLT to the ultimate custom truck was amazing. From Amir who showed me the truck and on boarded me to all the features, to Sal in after market who took me step by step of the upgrade process to create a very cool F150, and finally to Scott Easley to making the deal make sense, I am ecstatic with my truck!

I selected two identical trucks online and was then contacted by Mark "Big Easy" Harris. We made plans for me to come in on a Monday evening at 6:30. Mark had one of the trucks ready when I get there and patiently went through the new truck with me and all of the features. I had an excellent experience at Helfman Ford. I stopped in to have my Bronco Sport serviced, Wally in the service department was great. Took care of my vehicle and even did my state inspection for me, freeing up the second half of my day. This was great which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my weekend. While waiting for my car, I shopped for a new 6.7 Powerstroke when I met Hazma “Ham” Khan. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and made me comfortable in coming back to purchase my truck. No hidden fees here, what you see is what you get.

While exiting the location I was stopped in the parking lot by a manager who had followed us out just to follow up with us and make sure we had a great experience. It’s small gestures like this that will have me coming back to the family owned Helfman Ford for all my vehicle needs.

He quickly found the exact car I wanted. Sal helped us out with some upgrades, and Aaron (our finance guy) got us all set up. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. Been buying my Fords vehicles from Helfman since 1997. I recently ordered a 2024 Maverick in October and was delivered in February. The whole process was easy, stress and hassle free. While I could track the order online, the Sales Manager and team reached out to me as soon as the truck arrived. They answered my questions on the new vehicle, after market add ons, and financing options I was considering. The after market add ons were installed when I was ready to pick up the vehicle the next working day.

I’ve purchased multiple trucks from Helfman and I’m always very comfortable with the salesforce. It’s never a high-pressure deal. However, what I’ve really been impressed with is the service department. I’ve had several vehicles in there over the years. It’s hard to say that any experience in the service department has gone great but I’m not sure how it could’ve gone better. The last few times, Tim has been my service advisor and he has been prompt with updates and always courteous and sensitive to my budget restraints yet making sure the cars are safe and well maintained
