Express

Ignacio was very nice and friendly. I went in a few days ago and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to buy when coming in, but he approached me and ended up helping me pick out exactly what I wanted. Anytime that I return Ill make sure to ask if he’s here to help me out. Overall, the store is nice and clean.

The two young men Shayan & Ryan were so helpful at the checkout. Sam and Mailin (I think that’s how you spell it) are wonderful managers. They took their time helping my wife and I find some outfits. Sam even helped me save 20% off applying for the credit card. We need more people like them working in this location.

My store experience was phenomenal! I needed minimal assistance while shopping because I knew exactly what I wanted. At the register, I was assisted by an associate, Calvin A. He was so pleasant and engaging. His personality and customer service was stellar. He politely exchanged my double breasted blazer to the correct size and guess what else..... provided me with a suit cover bag!!! I was estastic with the gesture, because the original store I purchased from never offered or provided! I'm not a frequent shopper at First Colony Mall, but Calvin would be a reason to return and shop at the Sugarland location.

My family and I shop here from time to time, this is a very nice department store, with a good selection to choose from, organized and with enough sales associates to assist you. Last time I came, It was on a weekend rush; young manager at the register was professional, attentive, respectful and with a good taste to notch all up! I was impressed by how he was able to take care of several customers including me, all withing a very reasonable time frame, while still holding on to smile on his face. If you'are thinking, oh well, this is the way It should be! Make no mistake... Nowadays you probably understand, "no waiting time" It's also important! Yes, especially inside the realm of the retail industry.

On 1-28-2015 at around 8:30p.m. I came into this Express store to shop for button down shirts that would match with a suit I had just purchased at the Macy's store in the mall. The staff's customer service was AMAZING! The group of employees were all helping me choose the perfect shirt & tie to perfectly suit the occasion. I highly appreciate their expertice, tips, and the time they took to assist me. I have been to every Express store in Houston and it's surrounding areas for many years, yet this was the best experience ever.

Came to make a return today and was quickly in and out. Even got a chance to try out a couple clothing items, no lines and customers were being checked out quickly. I’ll be back at this location for sure. Great customer service overall! My cashier was nice and cute, shout out to Ignacio!
