Greg Williams was an awesome salesman. He was patient and worked with me all the way pulling it off the lot to my home. I could not had a better customer service experience. Whole team was awesome as I made my selection and purchase.

Great dealer. Definitely go ask for Arturo. Took my mom there to buy a car for her and Arturo didn't pressure her or try to up sell. He was very attentive and respectful of her budget. I felt like he was treating her like a high end client even though she bought a corolla.

We had a great experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out and drove away in our new vehicle. Manuel did a wonderful job showing us the cars we wanted to see, and was knowledgeable about the products. The GSM, Mike, also opened our eyes to options that ended up being more economical in the long run. Cody in finance was personable and knowledgeable and got us through that phase of the purchase in a timely manner. Caleb did a wonderful job helping us get signed in to our Toyota app, hooked up to the Bluetooth and Apple Car play, and on our way. The people made our experience 5-star, but the facilities are also worth mentioning. It’s clean and there’s a lovely cafe and waiting room. Whether you’re there for sales or service, it’s just a nice place to spend the afternoon. We drove all the way across town to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Highly recommend!

Our vehicle purchase at this dealership was exceptional. Saul, the sales representative in the photo, was kind and patient as we test drove five cars, assisting us until we found the perfect one. He guided us through the negotiation process, and we left the dealership with our new vehicle pictured at a fantastic price. I'm pleasantly giving them a 5-star!

I purchased a 2024 Tundra 1794 from Keating Toyota. The service we received was top notch. The salesperson, Malcolm, was very knowledgeable of the different vehicles and features. And he did a a great job of explaining and demonstrating the truck’s capabilities. The got the price I requested. I highly recommend Keating.

This place has exceptional customer service! We left happy, satisfied and elated! We were able to get the numbers just right and we drove home in our dream car! Americo and Abraham helped us out and they were very patient when I had all sorts of questions about the buttons on the car. Truly a great experience! Al helped us with the financial side of things and answered all of those questions patiently as well. The manager Daniel was also helpful and understanding. I was there this morning for my Tacoma and everyone is just so compassionate on their job. Answered all my questions, installed the parts returned my Tacoma clean and shiny… timely manner from the parts dept to the service dept everyone is always ready to assist you… thank you Khalid, manager in the department is very attentive to the needs of my Tacoma.. not a lot of talking to purchase other stuff, went directly to what I need and assisted me! Thank you! I forgot Brendan M. Made sure I dont have to wait long.. followed up my vehicle and communicated to me the updates of the installation.

Had been looking for a car for awhile. FINALLY went to Keating and had the best experience I could have had when buying a car. From Julie answering the phone to Mr Big Jeff greeting us and Trevor helping us find the right vehicle. I told them what I wanted, and they showed me EXACTLY that. Nothing out of my price range- like most the dealers I went to did. They were extremely knowledgeable and I never felt pressure to buy. I told them exactly what I wanted to see and that’s what they got me. Al in finance did a stellar job breaking everything down and Trevor and Al stayed late to make sure the deal was good. Very happy I drove over an hour to Keating. Cannot thank big Jeff, Trevor and Al enough. Excited to come back and get my detail and plates!

Had a great experience at Keating Toyota yesterday. Our salesperson, Kai was attentive to our needs, and enjoyable to deal with! The dealership itself was clean, had a cafe, and even a movie theater.. we did have to wait for our paperwork a little longer than I had hoped, but it wasn’t too bad.. the finance process was very smooth and the quickest I have ever gone through.. I would recommend this dealership, and would use them again in the future!

Daniel in the service department knows it all! He helped me with my extended warranty in making sure my service was completely covered. On top of that he also made sure they extended the period of time I had a rental through them and also making sure my warranty paid more for rental coverage. He truly knows his stuff. Next time I’m in Houston and have an issue I will def go to this location! Everyone was super helpful as well!

Zach was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how he respected what we want it. He really tried to match us to the best vehicle for our needs and within our budget. Overall it was a good experience. My family ended up purchasing 3 vehicles this weekend and they are very satisfied with their purchase.
