This is my second vehicle purchase from Vroom/Texas Auto Direct.
I can't say enough good things about Mayra Reyes. She was always very professional and attentive, answering my questions even after hours! She was, hands down, the best customer service rep I have ever worked with.

My experience with Mayra Reyes with Vroom has been very positive. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Communications have been wonderful. She kept me in the loop and updated at all times. I would recommend Mayra Reyes by all means. My vehicle is in the delivery process at this time so I cannot comment on the condition of the vehicle yet but, I will once I receive my vehicle.

Soo Happy with Vroom!!!! While every car lot was trying to charge me $6500-7000 down, Vroom was able to find me a bank that they work with who got me approved for $2000 down.... Same model, year, mileage! During Covid my credit became all type of jacked up!.....even had a repo from last year. So very happy with Vroom. Plan on getting all my cars from here now on. I found the car I wanted online and they shipped it to me for free!

The overall place is something to see even if your nit buying a car it's a cool environment, that being said don't come unless your buying a car even tho everyone is very nice the goal at the end of the day is to sell a car and to move cars off the lot. The prices are non negotiable but they are the best priced and give the most for trades I've bought 6 cars now from them.

This was the easiest and best experience in car buying I have ever had. Jennifer Gorsche was so amazing and supported me through every step! With people like this on my side I would do this again in a heartbeat!

We had such an amazing experience at this place. Daniel was our salesman and he was great- we didn’t feel any pressure from him, he was just super helpful and informative. I can’t imagine having a better experience than you do here. You tell them which cars you want to drive, and by the time you’re back with one car, they have the next one there waiting for you! We test drove 4 cars in no time at all. Plus you don’t have to have a salesman in the car with you so you can drive it how you like haha! I highly recommend this place- they also have the best prices. Very impressive, huge lot, it’s like the Disney World of car dealerships with dozens employees everywhere.

Kinda amazed at all of the negative reviews. Well…I can only speak on my experience and it was a fairly smooth process and I bought a car in less than an hour, thanks to Ivan Deleon. My car came from another state a little over a week later and it’s Beautiful! Ivan is the guy if you want a easy process. Thanks Again Ivan and team at Vroom!

Just bought a car here and had a great experience. Sales associate was excellent; no pressure tactics or unwanted additional stuff. Vehicle was well prepared and pickup was as easy as could be. Went near Valentine’s Day and the kids liked all the valentines decor as well.

Sold my vehicle at this location, they offered me a price I was happy with in comparison to other major dealerships in the area. Brian Keelen offered great customer service and had us in and out in under an hour with a check in our hand. Love this place and would definitely recommend to others! Their quick service definitely aligned with their new company name, Vrooooom!

At the beginning of my purchase process from Vroom was slow. I called Vroom customer service and received help from Ron Sandrock. With his help, everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the car that I purchased. I would recommend him for my family and friends. This is my 2nd time to buy a car from Texas Direct Auto.

Purchased a range rover at the beginning of the year, zero problems. My salesman was Sal who was just absolutely pleasant to work with. Fast forward, my daughter needed a car, we did everything online. So.e "Guadalupe" emailed me to contact them at a certain number. I did & he was RUDE AF & proceeded to hang up on me. I refused to work with ANYONE there after THAT experience & decided to contact Sal again. Sal had everything, set up, printed & ready to go when we got there. Again it was a pleasant experience.
The car however had noticeable dents on the hood, which they quickly wrote up & will get fixed & also the car we purchaeshad 2 key fobs. They only gave us one, but that too was immediately resolved.
Mind you this is after my daughter fell in love with a similar car at carmax. We went to see the car & I immediately saw it had front end driver side damage. They argued me down stating "look! Here's the carfax!" Idc WHAT the carfax says. If you know, you know. Well while THERE I pulled up it had a geico claim & repaired at service King in March of this year.
After we test drove it, sure enough the battery light & check engine light on. Same tire where I knew it had been hit. They sent that car to the dealer the next day & told us to find another. Buyer beware.
Happy with our purchase at Vroom, with Sam. Will update this review later if we have any issues.

Haggle free prices. Quick service. Every kind of vehicle to choose from. The whole process takes only a few hours unlike traditional dealerships. So I bought from them.

I bought 2 cars from them in the last few years, each time I got a great price and great service. They are now owned by Vroom and can sell and deliver across the country. Pretty neat!

I went to Texas Direct Auto looking for a full size pick up truck because my other vehicle just got totaled in a rear-ended accident. My salesman, Charlie Suarez, found me exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. I had a little bit of a problem at first with the truck (won't go into too much details), but through thick and thin, Charlie did everything he could within his power to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Any other salesman could've given up on me as the sale was already made, but not with Charlie - he goes out of his way even not caring about his commission - to make sure that I was taken care of. Thank you Charlie! If you want to purchase a vehicle from Vroom or Texas Direct Auto, I highly recommend coming to the dealership in Stafford or contacting them by phone and ask for CHARLIE SUAREZ - I'd definitely buy another vehicle from him. He won't disappoint you!

My first time buying car from this place. Never ever bought a car without looking at it, test driving it. But the experience was amazing. Drove a similar car to get the experience- booked it. The baby arrived on back of a truck at my door. 7 day /250 mile no hassle check out. Tool to a known mechanic - he OKed it. Had a few minor issues like
1. Little more scratches on the bumper than advertised
2. 2nd fob not working properly
3. Missing liner on a pocket

Took to the service. They gave me a rental. Missing pocket liner arrived directly from manufacturer parts store. Told to get a brand new key fob from dealership (~$450) to be reimbursed by them. They will take care of the scratches for sure.
Never been treated like a royalty ever by a new car dealer save your thoughts on used car dealerships

Overall amazing experience- if I ever buy another car it will certainly be Texas Direct Auto

I've bought 2 cars from Texas Direct Auto in the span of 6 months! The first time, it was an okay experience. I bought a 2012 Mercedes GL450 for my mom, and everything went smoothly, my sales associate was very straight forward with everything.

Just this last week, I came back to buy a 2015 Range Rover, and I could not be happier with my experience! Dean, my sales associate was awesome! He was patient and there was absolutely no pressure. I put the deposit on the car, and took the car the next day to get inspected at our go-to car shop - I had the car for over 6 hours, and not once was I bothered with a "please return the car now" call. That same day, I took the car home! Dean even helped me skip all the wait at the Departures area, and pulled up my car for me. Was in and out in 2 hours.

Texas Direct Auto is certainly not a buying experience for everyone, but if you want straight forward, no haggle crap, this is the way to go... And look for Dean, he's great :D

I love this place. I come here to test and display cars. It used to be more lively. I can see that this type of business will be all online and come here just to test the car and can pick it up. I don't think sales people are providing any help here. The future will be Carvana style and online purchasing. No more haggle with sales and trying to know your history, my opinion old style dealerships are just waste of time and money even for the corporate itself.
