Exceptional authentic Mexican restaurant in uptown Dallas!! We had a large group of 18 people and everyone loved the food (except the guy who ordered a Caesar salad!) 😂. He regretted that decision and had tremendous food envy after seeing others’ meals.
The service was outstanding as well. Our waiter was a lot of fun and really engaged the entire table when recommending options on the menu and taking orders. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Dallas and would highly recommend if for anyone visiting.

The VIBE, the modern twist on authentic Mexican cuisine is phenomenal! This is the best food I had while visiting Dalllas. The Cowboy Queso, Guacamole, SeaBass Cevice, Chile Relleno Carne Asada and Mexican Okra were all delightful! The warmth of service and attention to detail that Angel provided my group was top notch!

The green salsa and guacamole was fantastic. Had the brisket enchiladas which were also very good. Even the iced tea was good. Had a hint of fruit/blueberry or something in it. Definitely recommend.

OMG, winner winner chicken dinner. The food here is absolutely amazing. OMG. A beautiful restaurant the food is absolutely amazing. The best leches cake I've ever had in my life it's not cheap but it's worth every penny.

I wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant and Google maps recommended this. OMG this is now a staple for me. The food, the drinks, the service were all so awesome. It felt like I was transported to a beautiful Mexican city inside. The bartender was really nice and helpful too! I dined alone.
Food:
Queso 10/10 the flavor profiles in the queso were unique yet wonderful. You gotta try it.
Beef Saudero: 9/10 I would’ve liked a bit more flavor in the beef but I’d still order this again! I added a side of rice and beans.

Drinks:
Crafty Paloma: wow! This was like an elected Paloma. A bit sweeter than a regular Paloma but I liked it a lot.
House frozen margarita with a swirl of sangria: tasty and flavorful

Stopped here without knowing anything about the restaurant. Just had a craving for Mexican food. Visited during early dining hours so the atmosphere wasn't that much but that was probably timing. But, the food, was great. Started out with chips and salsa. The chips were fresh and the salsas were flavorful. Ordered the seafood enchilada and enjoyed every morsel on the plate. Even the beans and rice stood out. Service was excellent too. Overall, was very impressed and would eat here again.

Jalisco restaurant is a great place for Mexican food. Our waiter was very attentive and nice.

My family and I celebrated birthdays for two of our family members and the service was amazing. Angel was the best and very attentive. The food was also very good. I had the Brisket Tacos and they were delicious. The Ginger Lemonade and Blackberry Mint Soda were also a big hit! We went during lunch so it wasn't very busy but I definitely plan on returning to try one of their Margaritas! Warning, don't fill up on chips and salsa like we did so that you will have plenty of room for your meal : )

Here are our recommendations: shrimp cocktail, pozole, sopa de tortilla, chile en nogada (only available in September) and cochinita pibil.

Cocktails are made to perfection, try the Izamal and the Paloma.

Deserts, order churros and tres leches cake.

During happy hour you must taste the birria and the carnitas tacos.

IMPORTANT: ask to be seated in the terrace area (casa del árbol) it makes all the difference in the experience.

We will come back for sure! Highly recommended.

I love this spot! Food was yummy. Flavors were great. Drinks were well balanced. Angel our server was the star of the show! He was attentive and had the most amazing warm energy! I brought my 2 year old son and our nanny. He treated our little family like were VIPs. We will definitely be back!

Service is very good, the food is tasty and is certainly one of the more authentic locations in the neighborhood. Margaritas are top notch and their bar service as a whole is very strong.
That said, given the price point and portion sizes, it is hard for me to justify as a regular stop here. For those familiar, consider it as a competitor to Tulum. Certainly worth a try, but go if you’re looking to trust the wait staff and try some of what the kitchen has to offer

Went here for my moms birthday dinner and the food was soooo good really yummy tacos and the BEST okra we have ever had the margaritas are super tasty and strong we had a wonderful night the atmosphere is so wonderful and Issac was the best server and as a bonus for my moms birthday they gave us each a free margarita I will definitely be returning many more times!!!!!

Upscale Mexican authentic food with a top notch presentation in each plate. Service was amazing (the guy was awesome) and very friendly. Aesthetics were super cute and relaxed. This place definitely exceeded my expectations.

All staff members were really nice and our waitress recommended us the best drinks! Beautiful ambience, and I love the earthy decor. Our waitress was also kind enough to let us taste-test the molé sauce to see if we would like it before we ordered. We got the fish tacos and the brisket enchiladas! Would definitely suggest this spot for a tasty Tex Mex meal!

We had a great business dinner here- The Plato’s Fuertes - Carne Asada, Chicken Mole, Lingua Barbacoa - were so well executed! The Flavors were so rich and portioned perfectly. Queso fundido was a crowd favorite from my colleagues.

The mole is soooo good.
The waiters are nice & always make sure to check up on you to see if you need anything else.
The frozen margaritas are the best and won’t disappoint you 😋 i stopped by randomly because I was in the area after work and I will be recommending this restaurant and returning.

We stopped in today for lunch and really enjoyed everything we tried. Lunch today was a flauta appetizer, fresh margaritas, and a main course each. I tried the scallops today and it was incredible. The flavors and the variety of textures made this dish one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It was interesting and each element complimented one another. We’d definitely recommend trying this place out.

Went there specifically for the Chile enogada, and let me tell you, they were as close to perfect as you can get! 😍 the mole enchiladas were also awesome!!
